This is as you would expect from a holiday inn express and I feel like all you need for an airport hotel. Good free breakfast, close by and clean. The staff are super friendly, helpful and amazing. Only downside the 4th floor smelt a bit

First time staying at this property and we had a fantastic experience. The check in process was smooth and quick. We booked a suite and our room was super spacious with a great view. The suite came with a kitchenette with a mini fridge and a microwave. I did not expect this and was a nice surprise. The marina and the Marina Plaza is within walking distance and we visited both while we stayed here, the marina is filled with great restaurants, shopping, spas and beauty salons/barbers. Another big plus was the includes breakfast buffet, the food was actually pretty good! and surpassed our expectations. Overall super happy with our choice and would stay here again.

I reserved at “holiday inn express” yet I showed up and the friendly staff advised me I was booked at the holiday in suites down the road.
Well, that caused me to pay more for transportation (tip)…
It made no sense….my reservation via text (showed the express), indicated one property yet I was booked at another. I told the taxi driver and we were out the fair etc. thankfully the desk guy at the express was fun at and took care of us (Tony).
My advice - if this is a training issue then figure it out. Big inconvenience to us and it cost us a cab fare and my time.
I will reconsider booking this again in the future given the problems.

We actually were upgraded to the Holiday Inn Suites. Everything was top of the line except the pool and hot tub need a bit of work. The hot tub had tiles falling off, the jets were non- functional except one, and the sides were rather dirty. Also, rules were not enforced, as there were children, under the age of 13, in the hot tub.

This place was just what I needed for my family... Close to airport n free breakfast.. nice swimming pool to relax a few minutes n not crowded... Love the service at front desk..

This property was super clean excellent. I totally recommended the room were clean. Beds were comfortable sheets were clean and smell good overall five star.

There needs to be more drinking water (purified) available for guests. This is not a cheap hotel. One small bottle per day is unacceptable. We have been coming to Mexico for more than 30 years, stayed at all kinds of hotels from $40 per night and up, short stay and long stay. This is the only place that did NOT have unlimited drinking water available. Most places bring large bottles to your room for refill, or have large bottles available in the lobby or hallway to refill personal bottles. This is a Holiday Inn, and we were disappointed by this. There was not even purified drinking water available with the breakfast. Please improve this. The beds were comfortable, the staff was excellent, the hotel is very pretty, the lobby music is great! It’s easy access to downtown (close to bus stop) , heading up the coast for a day trip and airport. The pool is nice.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Good location for an overnight stay as it’s close to the airport and cruise ship terminal. Bonus that they offer a breakfast. Very good value!

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. Staff were very friendly (Pedro). The restaurant right next door, Porter Steakhouse was delicious. It was a good choice for one night.
