Upon arrival the staff right away was so exceptionally nice, SUPER easy check in, Francisco was so kind and help with information. The chairs on the beach are meant for the hotel guest, the food is AWESOME, the nachos were so delicious, the margaritas were delicious. So so happy we chose this hotel. The views were incredible. Definitely recommend staying at Blue chairs!

I had to cancel my hotel due to a last minute emergency surgery I had to get, and I sent the proof and still they haven’t said if I will get refunded I need

Recent stay in a suite at this property exceeded my expectations for a hotel. i previously had always booked a vacation condo. However, this suite had all the amenities of a condo and more. More service, More amenities, Was closer to the beach. It was also competitively priced.

This property has gone downhill over the last few years and is literally falling apart. The best part of Blue Chairs is the restaurant across the street and easy beach access.

It’s an ok hotel, great front desk and bar staff. My first ocean front room didn’t have water pressure or hot water. My second room was just fine, but couldn’t connect to the WiFi from the room or have regular cell service. So to coordinate with my friends I had to step out of my room to the main hall each time.

Two mornings without water. I have to use bottle water to wash my face….ridiculous! And The WiFi is off and on…frustrating!

Location and view was very good. Property seems old and outstanding outdated. During check in, we were originally placed in lower level room than what we paid for and had to get the assistance of another manager, who pointed out to Julio that we paid for a better room with a better view. Daniel at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Listen, the property has seen better days. Especially if you are staying in the first three floors. You get a view of the venue in front that is not finished. But the property is in front of the ocean and just for that the rating on my behalf went up. The staff is extremely friendly and they try to accommodate you with what they have. The location also is not to far from restaurants or the bar area in Zona Romantica.

We stayed and the next morning no toilets would work for most of the day due to plumbing issues
