Open a glass wall to the mosaic-tiled private pool overlooking miles of blue ocean. This 2-story penthouse is 5380 sq. ft. of stunning luxury. Exquisite design like polished stone floors, 2 gourmet kitchens, and plush sink-in couches offer 24/7 paradise. Shaded patio with BBQ on the lower floor and full sun patio with Private pool on the upper floor. Breathtaking ocean & Banderas Bay view from patio on both levels.
The penthouse can be rented three different ways;
1. The entire penthouse, which sleeps up to 8 for $875 per night during the season.
2. The upper floor with private pool which sleeps 4 for $475 per night.
3. The lower floor which sleeps 4 for $430 per night.

SAYAN TROPICAL condominium is one of the luxurious beachfront properties in Puerto Vallarta. Close to all that the Romantic Zone and the City have to offer, yet just beyond the hustle and bustle and noise. Fantastic views of Puerto Vallarta from the 10th & 11th floors from both terraces of this spacious and luxurious beachfront duplex penthouse with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms plus den and heated private pool.
Lower level has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a den with wet bar. Can sleep 4 adults. Fabulous open kitchen, well furnished art-filled dining and living room, large eating and lounging terrace with barbecue and panoramic ocean view. Upper level can sleep 4 adults with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, large contemporary living room with interesting antiques and huge terrace with private heated pool, outdoor dining table, lounging area and glorious ocean views.
The SAYAN TROPICAL condominium has three outdoor pools, large beachfront Jacuzzi, and lots of lounging/sunning opportunities. Inside, a well-equipped exercise gym overlooks the bay and has state of the art exercise and weight training machines. Gym area has showers and a co-ed hot-tub spa and sauna.
The SAYAN condominium runs a full restaurant and bar from breakfast until 9pm, 6 days a week( closed on Monday ), serving excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices. Restaurant is exclusively for condo owners, renters and guests, providing maximum personal attention.
There is a regulation tennis court on the grounds and free for all guests on a first come basis. Covered secure parking available for two cars.
SAYAN CONDOMINIUM IS CLOSE TO BASICALLY EVERYTHING!
Walking distance: South Walk to Conchas Chinas and Amapas beaches. North Walk to Los Muertos and Malecon beaches, Romantic Zone, Downtown Puerto Vallarta, Malecon Boardwalk, Old Town, Restaurants. Art Galleries. Night Life, Water Sports, Shopping. Local Market and much more.
GUEST CHECK-IN AND ACCESS
CHECK-IN - Check-In is normally between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-ins after 6:00pm incur a charge of $25USD in cash payable directly to the person who checks you in. This fee will be also applied for flight delays, traffic, etc. Earlier check-ins can be accommodated if the property has been vacant that day, no charge.
CHECK-OUT - Check-out is normally 11:00 AM. Late check-outs can also be accommodated if the property is not going to be occupied that day, again no charge.
Guests will be provided with the contact information of the property manager upon booking. Similarly, guests’ contact information will be given to the property manager. The check-in agent or property manager will meet guests at the entrance to Sayan Tropical codominium with the keys. He or she will explain the use of appliances, internet, phone, TV etc. Similar procedure when checking out. He or she can arrange small parties, pick up at the airport, supply groceries as well. All guests must be individually listed at check-in to be allowed onto the property. Any visitors must be escorted by the registered guest at all times while on the property.
You have full access to all the building's amenities, including restaurant, bar, 3 outdoor pools, beach front Jacuzzi, gym, massage room, sauna, tennis court and even room service. Available services and amenities are offered for the comfort and pleasure of your stay:
Restaurant & Bar Service: Lobby from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM( closed on Monday ). The restaurant and bars are cash free so guests will be required to register a credit card with the Sayan concierge for restaurant and bar charges. Prior to check-out, please ensure your bar/restaurant bill is paid during the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pools: Lobby level pools from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Fitness Center: Open 24 hours. It is located at lobby level.
Massages: Reservations with our property manager.
Entertainment and Activities in Puerto Vallarta: Boats, zip-lines, restaurant reservations. Please ask the our property manager.
Taxis: If you need a taxi service, Security staff will be happy to get a cab (typical wait time no longer than 5 minutes). Uber is also available and sometimes cheaper.
Interaction with guests
We are available by phone or e-mail for any questions and needs. Guests will be provided with the contact information of the property manager upon booking. Similarly, guests’ contact information will be given to the property manager who can provide information about Puerto Vallarta and will book activities, excursions, restaurants etc. if requested.
IMPORTANT AIR CONDITIONING AND ELECTRICITY CONTROL
Sliding glass doors to terraces and other windows to be closed when air conditioning is on. It is sometimes easy to forget and leave the terrace doors, bedroom and bathroom windows open with the A/C running. This can cause water damage to the ceiling if it happens over a long period of time.
Also please note that the cost of electricity is very high. Please be very conscious of the A/C and use the On/Off button in the living room and in each bedroom in the morning AND before you leave. When you return and turn the A/C back on, it will cool the apartment in less than 5 minutes.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
If guests request daily cleaning ( maid service ), this can be arranged in advance for an extra daily charge. Price upon application. I will need to be notified as soon as you make your reservation. Also a PRIVATE CHEF is available upon request for a reasonable cost.
Delicate Floor and Furniture with light Colors, NO Sun Screen and Tanners inside the unit as they will stain. Common areas have showers to clean off prior to entering the unit.
SOFA - Please, wear a shirt when sitting on sofa. Also please no wet clothes on the furniture or chairs. Reason: Hygiene. Also perspiration (sweating) is very acidic and will leave a stain on the material. If sleeping on sofa, please put a sheet found in the closet drawers. FURNITURE - If you leave wet cloths to dry on stained wood furniture it may stain your cloths. Please use towel holder found in bathrooms. You may also find they dry faster if placed outside But not on the terrace glass railing. SHOWERS - Please wipe down any excess water on the marble floor after shower to prevent water puddles and water stains.
RESTRICTIONS - The number of guests stipulated on the reservation confirmation is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the unit. If more guests arrive than stated on the reservation confirmation, they may be denied occupancy.
RIGHT TO ENTER - The owner's representative has the right to enter the property at any given time on a reasonable schedule, with previous notice to the guests in order to inspect the premises and to undertake and perform duties that they shall have with the owner of the property.
PVR AIRPORT - At the airport after picking up your luggage exit to the arrivals area. However to exit you have to go through a corridor with timeshare vendors, ignore them and walk straight past. Travel time by taxi is approx. 20 to 30 min depending on traffic.
TAXI to SAYAN CONDOMINIUM - Airport pick-up can be arranged in advance, either a regular sedan or a larger SUV or ‘suburban’ for bigger parties and luggage. Costs upon application. Guests can now also avail themselves of Uber which can be cheaper. But if you want an airport taxi, buy a ticket at one of the booths. Fares are by Zones. We are Zone 2, tell them where you are going and show the map, and get a receipt. A three person cab will cost you $300 pesos or nearly $17 USD. You will keep one receipt copy, and your driver will give one to the clerk as you exit the airport. This is your assurance against being overcharged. Tip is expected and appreciated.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.No under 12 unless permission given by owner.About customRules:Sliding terrace glass doors and all windows to be closed when air conditioning is on. Sayan Beach Penthouse
This unit is in a fantastic location and the building was also great. The pools were sparkling clean, the restaurant had great food at reasonable prices and the staff and owners were very friendly. The unit was very nice and the Host has it stocked with every conceivable kitchen tool available and there is an endless supply of linens, towels and paper products. Unfortunately, we did find the description of the unit slightly misleading as the title implies "exquisite" which to us means perfect, which it is not. This unit is "tired" and needs attention to many of the basics. Upon our arrival we found that none of the ice makers were working, the island range did not self ignite (had to use a bbq lighter), the Weber BBQ igniter was also not working, the island range overhead lights were not working, the dishwasher did not work, the sound system of the TV in the den was broken, many pool tiles were missing and there were seven bags of laundry (from previous guests) in the foyer which sat there for 2 days.We did raise all the issues with the Host, who responded very quickly and got repairmen on site to fix things. However only half of the items were fixed and we had service staff in the unit on and off over the first five days of our two week stay. It was difficult for us to enjoy our family reunion with the number of interruptions.Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay as the location is lovely/beautiful but the unit needs some serious attention to basic maintenance.

Incredible vacation
This property is incredible. It is 100 times better than the photos even. The owner, Clive, was extremely helpful from start to finish. The location is perfect. It is just close enough to easily and quickly get places yet just far enough to be quiet, calm and peaceful. The unit is stocked and finished with every possible need and comfort. The onsite manager is very polite and helpful and helped throughout our stay with questions and recommendations. I cannot stress enough how great this property is.I will definitely stay here again.

Upscale, spacious, and well-appointed
Our stay was lovely. The penthouse is really 2 units, so there are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator space, etc. The units are well-stocked with towels, paper products, shampoo, etc.
the units are very nice and everything was better than expected with excellent air conditioning, decor, shower pressure, The gym was very good as well - free weights, some cardio machines, mats and the like.
The location is good - walkable to the romantic area and make on, but not super-convenient for a quick walk to get a coffee or water. We did not rent a car, so trips “to town” were limited to a bigger outing to the beach or meals. 20-30 min walk to the los muertos pier. Ubers are plentiful and convenient- would recommend over a car service.
The restaurant was under construction when we were there, but we did order takeaway. It was fine, nothing special.
Make sure to bring lots of cash for housekeeping, airport transfer… you will pay in cash plus tips.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again

Perfect stay for our family
This was our first big vacation with our new baby and the place was perfect! We were traveling with our baby and older parents. The unit had everything we could ask for. The space was perfect. The private pool was amazing. Miguel was so helpful with answering any questions we had and helped organize a private chef to come prepare a dinnfer own night. Definitely would recommend!

Awesome Location!
Really nice unit with incredible views.. Whale watching was amazing from the deck.. quiet building.. nice pools including your own personal one.. First time in Conchas Chinas..

The best ever!
After many many visits to PV, this was our favorite! The condo was even better than the listing. We had in-house massages, private chef one evening, played tennis and spent time in both the private and common pools. The restaurant did and cocktails were fabulous! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us and we cannot wait to come back again!
