A cercare di viaggiare con la famiglia? Molto raccomandato! Questo è un hotel di lusso con un ”boutique” viva e un servizio eccellente. Il buffet del colazione è uno dei migliori in PV (ha soggiornato a Sheraton, Westin). La piscina è ben mantenuta, la sala da letto per bambini è fantastica (Grazie Bibiana!). La proprietà è molto moderna, molto ben mantenuta, anche se le camere sono un po 'piccole. Ci siamo stati al Marriott a Cancun, anche, esperienza simile. Meglio ristorante di lusso in PV.

Vorrei premettere questa recensione con il fatto che di solito sono abbastanza perdonante nelle mie valutazioni degli hotel. Ho soggiornato in molti tutti i ristoranti inclusivi e questo è stato una delusione, soprattutto per il prezzo. In primo luogo, l'hotel, i luoghi e il contesto sono bellissimi. Il resort è piccolo e è stato conveniente e accessibile per il nostro giovane 3 anni. La qualità dei cibi e delle bevande, anche se non sorprendente, erano buone. Il servizio è stato generalmente molto buono - il personale motivato da suggerimenti. Dove cadono è 1. Towels! L'attrazione principale di questo resort è la piscina e la spiaggia e non ci sono mai towels. Durante i 7 giorni che ci siamo rimasti, siamo riusciti a garantire le tovaglie della piscina solo una volta. Diversi tentativi di ottenere i tovaglioli dal desk front e ogni volta sono stati concessi diverse scuse e promesse non rispettate. 2. I saloni di piscina sono in fornitura molto breve. È necessario svegliarsi alle 5 per assicurare un salone di piscina. Ancora una volta, la proprietà non è grande, ma aggiungere qualche altro salone può aiutare.Ho soggiornato in molti ristoranti inclusivi in precedenza e non ho mai avuto questo tipo di problemi di sedie o asciugamani. Il divertimento notturno è mancante e l'hotel si basa su un ospite che offre divertimento attraverso il karaoke. Ci è piaciuto la notte che portano in un cantante professionista e le due notti di divertimento professionale in piscina. My husband and I spent 9/13 nights of our honeymoon as Casa Velas. We chose this hotel because of its great reviews, and it was one of only a few adults only ‘highly rated’ hotels. We had a wonderful time, which, in most didn’t disappoint. Pros The location of this hotel is near the marina, you can walk there within 5 to 10 minutes. The area is very safe, it feels very secure and everyone in and around the hotel was very very very friendly. The staff are by far this hotels biggest and best asset. So friendly, accommodating (within what they can do). Ramon and Ulrise worked non stop all day. The rooms are beautiful and are set within ground surrounded by lush trees, flowers and many iguana’s The cocktails were amazing and are exceptional value under the all inclusive, they would make almost anything, even if this wasn’t on the main menu The pool, reception, entrance, gardens and restaurants are immaculate and are constantly being cleaned and tidied. Also some friendly coy carp and turtles (which you can feed) Room for improvement The menu options are limiting, especially if you are staying longer than 4 days. Whilst the food was delicious, we have had some even more amazing food outside of the resort, a more diverse menu would be great for those staying a little longer. Before you travel be sure to check whether there are any events or weddings on during your stay, this was the largest downside by far. When guests arrived for the wedding/event that lasted about five days, our experience was negatively impacted by having to have buffet options for food… the calm, peaceful ambience was also affected. It very much felt like as soon as the wedding parties arrived, other guests were left to experience someone else’s holiday/vacation. Tipping Maybe it is because we are Europeans, and expected tipping isn’t something that we are used to… but considering this is a high end hotel that included tips, it felt strange to then we having to sign for drinks and food and tipping. Not saying that the staff do not deserve to be rewarded for their hard work, this isn’t in question at all, but it did feel a bit off. Whilst we would 100% recommend this hotel to any friends or family staying. We would make the recommendation of a shorter stay as the menu got very repetitive and there’s so many amazing things to see in at around Puerto Vallarta. Value for money 8/10

È una grande posizione, ma la stanza era molto piccola e mossa, il bagno era ancora più piccolo non poteva andare in giro, le tole vecchie e sembravano sporche. la camera è solo per dormire, e il letto era duro come una roccia. Ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno qui. Tre notti nel fine settimana e era tranquillo. Beh, buon colazione e buon colazione. Il personale era molto utile con tutte le mie esigenze. Camera pulita, doccia aveva una grande pressione idrica. Vicino al Malecon con il mercato notturno e una bella cattedrale in fondo alla strada. Le campane della chiesa erano molto affascinanti. Guarda dal tetto mi ha permesso di vedere dei fiammeggi freddi! Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto familiare e si trova in una posizione molto familiare. Il taxi/Uber è disponibile, la spiaggia è a piedi, molti posti fantastici per mangiare e negozi, molte vite notturne e intrattenimento, e gli autobus sono disponibili per il trasporto pubblico in qualsiasi punto del PV che trovo più conveniente. La posizione è semplicemente la migliore mai e questo è quello che paga per il più in prezzo. Il personale dell'hotel pulisce la stanza molto bene, il cortile è bellissimo soprattutto alla notte. L'AC è così freddo e ben mantenuto che non si può dormire in un ambiente basso. Le persone sono molto amichevole e il check-in e fuori è stato un brindisi. In generale sono molto felice di restare qui, la prossima volta che mi rimango malato.

We stayed for two weeks and loved every day we were there. The staff kept the place spotless, beds were comfortable and the Breakfast provided each morning was a great way to start the day. The staff in the breakfast area keep the food well stocked and kept bringing out more hot food when it got low. The pool is small but worked for me and had a great view from the roof top. The hotel is about a minute walk from the beach, Tons of shops, restaurants, and vendors just outside the door. The Malecon walkway was about 5 minutes away and is about 1 and 1/2 miles long. I will definitely come back

È stato difficile entrare in hotel, ma immagino che lo facciano per motivi di sicurezza. Per fortuna c'erano degli ospiti nella hall che mi hanno fatto entrare e hanno usato la loro carta dell'hotel per l'ascensore, così ho potuto andare alla reception. Il servizio di accoglienza è stato gentile. Ho adorato la loro palestra. La mia camera era davvero sporca, aveva bisogno di una pulizia profonda dato che c'erano piccoli peli in tutto il bagno e puzzava davvero tanto di fumo di sigaretta. I negozi intorno e la palestra ne valgono la pena. Nel complesso: ci tornerei.

Guess I will start at the beginning. Once checked in we were met by Rogelio Robles (Roving Concierge) I cannot say enough good things about this man. He took us on a tour of the property and was also available whenever we had questions or needed any kind of help. Always smiling and laughing and spoke great English. I honestly wish I could say the same about the rest of the staff. When we asked the front desk when the Italian Restaurant was open they couldn't even answer it and directed us to a monitor in the lobby. The bartenders never smiled or acknowledged us in any way, despite us being there a week and tipping each time. That be said I would give staff a poor rating. Next the food ---- be prepared for buffets including the Mexican restaurant and all were below average. I will say the buffet breakfast had a good variety including oatmeal, yogurts, cereals, made to order quesadillas and omelets. One would have thought the Mexican Restaurant would be good but it wasn't. Chips and salsa weren't even served on the tables and the bowls on the buffet were empty or filled with broken chips. The pork in the made to order burritos was rubbery and although there were tacos I had no idea where you ordered them. I should add we were there 1/2 after opening. The snack truck for lunch was to serve burgers, hot dogs and french fries. We went twice. Although the burgers were fine they do not serve french fries but rather a handful of potato chips. Next and last is the Italian restaurant. They try to make is fancy and have a dress code but picture a family style Italian restaurant. The lighting was full lite. The service was great and I would said the food was the best this resort has to offer. Unfortunately it isn't open every day. Bar service was just ok, like I mentioned above no friendly servers, no smiles, no thank you when tipping. Only 1 brand of beer (light) I believe Dos Exquis. They couldn't tell me. The margaritas are week and none of the bars open until 11 am. The coffee shop ladies were mostly pleasant. and the lattes were good. Most of the pastries were dry with the exception of the coconut bread. The afternoon tea sandwiches were pretty tasty. The pictures of the rooms on the web-site are pretty close to what they really look like. We had the junior bay view suite which was very nice. Although the door needed repair as there was a gap and wouldn't close properly. We were actually locked in our room and had to call the front desk for help. The pool is large with a shallow end and rope for the little ones and deeper end with a ledge for sitting. Some broken tiles but overall not bad. Entertainment here was really good. We went to the fire show and also the magic show. Both were very entertaining. The activities around the pool (Contests, etc) were fun to watch and I think they did a good job getting people involved. Maybe it was the time of the year we went but they spoke mostly Spanish. Would I return

Grande posizione. L'hotel è sul lato anziano, ma era un letto pulito e una stanza fredda per il soggiorno. 97% del personale erano molto amichevole e il servizio era grande. Purtroppo alcuni hanno davvero cattive atteggiamenti diretti solo a particolari ospiti. E stranamente anche quelli che non indossavano tag di nome, dicendo che Gesù era uno dei membri del personale più utile e amichevole. Non sono certo che sia solo il Messico, ma sembrava che ci fosse un modulo o carta da completare per ogni passo del processo di controllo e di controllo, non molto ecologico e deve avere bisogno di enormi strutture di stoccaggio per tutto questo lavoro di carta. In generale, un buon soggiorno e rimarrà lì.

Excellent location- across from the beach in the centre of town. Beds were firm, with good bedding and pillows. We had a spacious room with a balcony, king size bed over looking the pool - which I highly recommend. There is building work outside the hotel so avoid the rooms overlooking the road. We were told we could not use the main hotel swimming pool ( but we did anyway and no one cared) although they did have security guards hovering about. This hotel does not have a bar, which is fine for us, there was no coffee available most mornings (there was meant to be) which was a bit annoying but that was the only thing to complain about! Staff were friendly although some of the reception staff had poor English so best to have an app on your phone!

Ho dovuto cambiare le stanze due volte perché non era quello che ho prenotato/pagato, o perché era come le sigarette. La terza e la ultima stanza che ho soggiornato era perfetta. Quindi penso che la stanza del cioccolato fosse un'eccezione alla norma. Qualcos'altro che si e' succhiato intorno al luogo, era che le finestre non si aprivano, nemmeno un crack. Quindi non c'è aria fresca, solo riciclato l'aria attraverso l'intero hotel. La posizione era perfetta, vicino all'aeroporto. E era tranquillo, bello e buio, mio figlio e io dormimmo molto bene.

It’s actually much preferable to be at a more midsize resort with children and elderly. Also the 10 min trip from the airport is really convenient as opposed to the hour long journey with other places. Being situated right in town is convenient as one can cheaply cab around if desired. On the beach we purchased a boatride, hair braids, as well as horsebackriding from folks passing by and had a great time. There is also a huge supermarket a 5 min walk away with all kids of high quality clothes/sandals, souvenirs, and other household things if something comes up. One of the main pools is actually slightly heated (which we have not seen anywhere else, and we have been to many Mexican all-inclusives on both the east and west coasts) which makes a huge difference. Obtaining pool loungers was never an issue even midway through the afternoon. Sure the rooms need updating but we don’t spend much time in there anyway. Some people have mentioned issues with the kids pool (?broken tiles); my kids, as young as 2, had 0 issues. Bring a lifejacket/swimvest if the kid is under 4 or 5 as part of the kids pool is moderately deep. The a la carte restaurants probably leave something to be desired but we only went once with the 4 kids along. Buffet certainly had everything we wanted and the waitstaff were very enthusiastic and attentive. It’s very reasonably priced, but don’t discount this place. Highly anticipating returning in 2025!

Hotel eccellente, pulito, il personale cordiale ha uno spettacolo gratuito ogni sera alle 21:00 ma non mi piace la varietà perché solo il soggiorno locale, la spiaggia non è acqua limpida sporca e sulla spiaggia voglio rilassarmi, godermi il sole per abbronzarmi locale vieni alla vendita di cose così fastidiose. Non tornerò più. Spiace dirlo . Preferisco stare a casa mia andare alla mia spiaggia di casa. deluso.

Excellent location- across from the beach in the centre of town. Beds were firm, with good bedding and pillows. We had a spacious room with a balcony, king size bed over looking the pool - which I highly recommend. There is building work outside the hotel so avoid the rooms overlooking the road. We were told we could not use the main hotel swimming pool ( but we did anyway and no one cared) although they did have security guards hovering about. This hotel does not have a bar, which is fine for us, there was no coffee available most mornings (there was meant to be) which was a bit annoying but that was the only thing to complain about! Staff were friendly although some of the reception staff had poor English so best to have an app on your phone!

Dopo tutto, la stanza è un bel paesaggio. E'grande, perche' posso svegliarmi con il suono delle onde al mattino. È possibile noleggiare le scarpe da spiaggia e i tovaglioli, quindi è molto conveniente quando esce in mare. Il prezzo è ragionevole, ma il ristorante dell'hotel è nel mare, quindi è possibile mangiare e bere birra sul mare. Se vado di nuovo al PV, resterò.

Beautiful property and hotel staff are warm, friendly, and go out of their way to serve you and accommodate any request. We moved rooms during our stay and the second room had very stiff, old mattresses. The first room had a very nice memory foam mattress. There’s also a sign in the bathrooms that a $20 fee applies for stained towels. This seems to be an ongoing issue for the hotel, and given that women wear foundation, eyeliner, mascara, etc. perhaps they should provide black face cloths instead of charging additional fees. That said, I would not hesitate to stay here again, and plan to do so in the future.

Quando arrivarono, il personale era così eccezionalmente bello, super facile check-in, Francisco era così gentile e aiutante con le informazioni. Le sedie sulla spiaggia sono destinate all'ospite dell'hotel, il cibo è AWESOME, i Nachos erano così deliziosi, le margaritas erano deliziose. Così felice abbiamo scelto questo hotel. Le viste erano incredibili. Sicuramente consigliamo di rimanere in sedie blu!

Ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno qui. Tre notti nel fine settimana e era tranquillo. Beh, buon colazione e buon colazione. Il personale era molto utile con tutte le mie esigenze. Camera pulita, doccia aveva una grande pressione idrica. Vicino al Malecon con il mercato notturno e una bella cattedrale in fondo alla strada. Le campane della chiesa erano molto affascinanti. Guarda dal tetto mi ha permesso di vedere dei fiammeggi freddi! Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui.
