Apartamentos Monteparaiso

Qui al momento il posto è infestato da scarafaggi, termiti in tutti i mobili in legno e gatti randagi, la posizione è buona proprio di fronte al centro europeo, ma le bande che prendono di mira i turisti in tutta l'area locale non escono da sole la notte. Le camere sono caldissime ma abbastanza pulite, molto semplici ma ottieni quello che paghi per la piscina è in cattive condizioni così come il parco giochi e il terreno generale sono tutti malandati ma sul lato superiore i panorami dal balcone sono mozzafiato. peccato con un po' di lavoro potrebbe essere un posto decente per una vacanza a buon mercato.

Not Recommended. These apartments are no longer part of the Servata Riosol Hotel Resort. To check in there is a telephone number at the gate entrance to ring for someone to give you access to your apartment. There is no open 24hr reception desk or area. The apartment block seems to be a mixture of privately owned and rented apartments. The pool area was dirty and never cleaned during our stay. So we never used the pool. The local toilets to pool area were unclean with some units out of service. There was no Wi-Fi in the apartment . Apartment cleaned every 3 days and towels and bedding changed. There is no pool bar or any area to purchase food or drinks on the complex. Available sun beds with a lot of broken umbrellas. The area is dated and in need of a good clean and overall. There is a two lift system to get from pool area to top entrance. Noisy work been carried out in some private apartments during our stay. Our apartment was a one bedroomed, kitchen had minimum cutlery etc for self catering, microwave ,toaster, kettle, two hot plates. Bathroom looked like been modernised in last few years and was clean. Light up mirror and hair dryer. Free safe in room. Bedroom with fitted units and drawers etc. So our apartment not to bad compared to others that people showed us. The apartments are right opposite the Europa shopping centre, with plenty of bars and restaurants. With a few supermarkets. We would never stay in these apartments again. The complex needs a complete overall in our opinion.

Awful place. The pool was all taped off which On the beach did not tell us about. The rooms were not cleaned and no clean towels provided. No reception you had to ring a number and then get guided to your room over the phone. There was no lighting at night and there were loose floor tiles everywhere

Absolute shocking place. No reception no WiFi no air con. In the apartment it self there is cupboard doors hanging furniture is filthy and walls need a good clean. Pool area both pools closed and no reason as to why. I would not stay there again if it was free. No travel agents should even put their name to this place. Words can not describe how bad I feel about this place. I always say to my wife don’t read reviews because everyone as there own opinion on things and this review is just mine. But this is so bad I think people should know about it

Would not recommend this place, we have just got back from here, to start with you have to go to the riosol to check in who have lovely staff and are very helpful, there was 4 of us and myself and husband had to sleep in the living room with a couch and an extra bit u pull out very uncomfy, the 1st night we realised there was no bedding for us had to get this the next day, The room was not the cleanest either you do get staff that come everyday to change towels and bedding which they need to do because its so warm in the rooms, we did get a fan after going to complain about the state of the room they gave us keys to check another room out that was just as bad, i just wish i had gone somewhere else after reading the reviews, if u where there for a few days im sure its ideal just to shower and sleep but we done 11 nights,the good thing is the shopping centre is across the road from it and the buller bar do an amazing breakfast and there staff are amazing. These apartments also have people who live there all yr round as well, the pool area is clean the pool is chilly you can get beds.

Booked with on the beech. The room is OK but the balcony is so small. Tried to change room but hotel said not possible. Can not get a sunbed as yet round the pool as they are all taken. Unfortunately we are booked here for March. We will try and change the hotel of we can ever get through to on the beech.
