Overall very good and the personnel very friendly. The area very modern and apartment confortable. The only bad comment was de heater for bath wasnot working well. Pool and beach, restaurant food all good. Lobby area very helpfull, fast check in, chevk out some way slow.

Clean.. beauty rooms! Very friendly staff! Xeliter is very accommodating and fair priced for rental apartments on such a beautiful island. Located on a golf course just minutes from the beach. Staff was helpful and friendly in helping me get to where I needed to go.

Upon arrival I was asked to pay additional fees for cleaning the apartment/villa when ******* had already charged many extra fees and charges. I was thinking of investing in this complex but this experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Promoters need to be clear of all the costs at the time of the reservation.

The staff here are so kind and accommodating. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance right on the beach

We decided to try Green one and it was a wonderful experience. We stayed in a studio that had a very comfortable double bed, 2 additional twin beds available as pull out or fold down and a balcony with table and 4 chairs. Inside the room we had a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishware and a washer/dryer so it was a really good location to hang our hats. We didn't get a chance to sample all of the amenities on the green one or other playa dorada properties and I would come back anytime and highly recommend this as a vacation hub for travelers.

Very nice place fells like home love the decoration very detailed in every single things and the staff super friendly and always try to make your stay more enjoyable. Super recommended will stay again

I was on a cruise and met my family there in the port. I had them stay at this hotel, where they were treated very well.
They loved it!!! Thank you can't wait to visit the resort myself.

Great for families and business. Excellent location, good food in the area, beautiful beach! Studios are equipped to make full meals and do laundry. Very quiet, good service from the staff, including security staff. Parking space available.

Our stay in Xeliter Green one was pleasant. There are a couple things that could use improvement. First, there was no clear indication on where to eat so we ordered out and it took over an hour to get the food. It would have been helpful to have a list of places to eat within walking distance so we knew there was no need to order out. Also, we weren’t given enough garbage bags so we ended up having to stack garbage on the counter which was obnoxious. Last, Wi-Fi was only usable in the villa, which proved to be inconvenient when we had to communicate with the food delivery to find each other. We had to keep running back inside. Other than those minor issues, the stay was good! The views of the mountains are gorgeous, the pool is huge and was mainly unoccupied. The beach was breathtaking. I would visit again, especially since I’m familiar with what to expect.
