We stayed four nights and we were still wishing we could stay longer when we checked out. This place is gorgeous. The rooms, the bar/lounge, breakfast area and even the entry area are all exquisite. Rooms are huge. Our second floor room had a sunny large window seat perfect for relaxing with a book and/or drink. Breakfast included eggs (the omelette!!), yogurt, cheese, meat, fruit, and more. Every staff member was courteous and professional. We were treated so well through our stay! We had had difficulty finding a way to do the Fauna Trek but (special thanks here) Scarlett found us a guide who drove us and accompanied us (hike can only be done with a guide) for a very reasonable price. We recommend you stay at the hotel and include this hike. Then, spend a relaxing evening in the lounge! Finally, we enjoyed hearing about how Erkka and David brought this place to life. It’s an amazing story. Treat yourself to this place!

Hotel eccellente, letto confortevole, aria condizionata piacevole ambiente e ottimo servizio. Oltre alla vista sulle montagne splendide. Caffè mattina molto buono, con varietà. Conta con un ristorante accanto (che merita una valutazione a parte) molto buono e un bar sulla deliziosa terrazza. Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni nel parco (circuito w) e abbiamo conservato il nostro bagaglio extra sicuro e con buona volontà e simpatia. Siete sempre disposti ad aiutare con i consigli sulla città e le vicinanze.

Hotel di nuovissima apertura -a quanto pare solo di qualche mese fa- bello, pulito, moderno. Molto legno, nelle parti comuni e nelle stanze. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, tranne quando mi chiamano alle 11 di sera, svegliandomi, per avere informazioni sul pagamento della mia prenotazione. Stanze poco insonorizzate: si sente tutto quello che capita in corridoio. Sulla colazione, poi, si potrebbe fare qualcosa di più. Rapporto q/p adeguato. In definitiva, qualcosa è migliorabile ma complessivamente sono rimasto soddisfatto e lo consiglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all'andata ed al ritorno dal Torres del Paines; la struttura è molto bella dall'esterno, sul mare, caratteristica. Buona la location, nel centro e con molti ristoranti a pochi minuti di distanza. La stanza relativamente piccola e di arredamento basic; il bagno molto piccolo. Purtroppo la strada sottostante sul mare è estremamente rumorosa; difficile dormire con tranquillità, è un continuo passare di auto, camion e pullman! Buona la colazione, forse il punto di forza. Corner delle uova con cuoca a disposizione. Personale di sala gentile. La prima sera, essendo arrivati tardi, abbiamo cenato in hotel... sinceramente cena da dimenticare!!! Due pallini scarsi... una sorta di menù fisso... il salmone alla griglia il peggiore mangiato in Cile (patria del salmone!!). Se non avete esigenze particolari, cenate fuori. Non so se ci siano altre soluzioni migliori, ce lo ha proposto l'agenzia cui ci siamo appoggiati; per una notte è OK, ma se avete il sonno leggero, non va bene.
