Location is out of town so 40 min walk into centre. Views are great and set back from the road so quiet. Staff good but occasionally overstretched when bar and restaurant get busy. Rooms ok but beware the room safes - we weren’t the only ones that needed help from reception to unlock. There is a requirement not to flush toilet paper which is consistent with other establishments in the area. Food is average at best with the breakfast options disappointing compared with other hotels we stayed at.

This hotel has very nice and cozy rooms, each one with a great view to mountains and the Señoret Channel. It's cenveniently located meters away from route 9,that leads to Torres Del Paine national park and other natural sights. It's also near enough puerto Natales town (5 minutes drive) so you can feel that taste of solitude but having all the comodities a small town can offer at hand. A great stop for a good value.

Located about 5 min drive/40 min walk from Puerto Natales, it’s a lovely hotel with sweeping views. The hotel has a modern feel with decor in line with its environment - love all the wood touches and small details like the shoe cleaner at the entrance of the hotel. Stayed in room 313 - beautiful view and cozy. Warning: keep your window closed after dark to avoid the insects from flying in. Service was helpful, they don’t do tours but can help you organize and had a couple hiccups which they fixed promptly. Breakfast is basic but plentiful but the dining room is gorgeous! Had dinner there twice and the meals were tasty. Recommend!

Borde Glaciar is the best hotel in town! It is charming boutique hotel just outside of the center. I really enjoyed my time here as it is a small and familiar feeling place. Everyone is very nice! The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious choices. Overall, the place is great and comfortable! Love it! My only regret is not staying longer!

We stayed at this hotel for a night upon our return from Torres del Paine . The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable .The breakfast was very good with a good variety of pastries. The food was fresh and the server was attentive . Definitely a good start to the day served in the best room with a view of the water and mountains. The view from our rom was just as spectacular. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations . The fixtures from old windows and doors and the decor were delightful. It is located a little away from the center which makes it a peaceful place. The hotel also gave us the best Pisco sours as welcome drinks from the bar. Disliked · This is an older hotel ( Borde Glacier) that has been renovated and I really hope they put in an elevator as the stairs are hard to carry up luggage. Also the road leading to the hotel is extremely steep and narrow and quite dangerous especially if the driver in front of you doesn't know how to drive and stalls on the slope

Simple hotel high up on the hill overlooking the Puerto Natales inlet. Spectacular views of the mountains and water from every room. Staff is lovely and will carry your luggage up and down the stairs as there is no elevator. Breakfast buffet is okay, not a large choice of fruit, nice breads and cereals and a choice of jams and cheese.

O hotel é ótimo! Muito confortável, limpo e organizado. Tudo que precisamos nos ajudaram e tiraram dúvidas. A localização também é boa, com uma vista linda do canal de Puerto Natales. The hotel is great! Very comfortable, clean and organized. They helped us with everything we needed and answered any questions. The location is also good, with a beautiful view of the Puerto Natales, lake and mountains.

I spent four nights here in June 2024. The hotel is modern, inviting, fashionable, very clean, and importantly in winter, very cozy and warm. The reception team were all very welcoming and helpful with advice and local recommendations and spoke excellent English. I had early morning starts and arranging a very early breakfast (before the breakfast service was due to start) was no problem. Likewise, a late check-out request was accommodated. My room (and I think all the rooms) had a wonderful view over the water with incredible mountains in the background. The bed was so comfy and the shower was excellent. The heating also worked very well (adjustable radiator) and I could also open the window if I wanted a blast of fresh air. All in all I was very comfortable and looked forward to returning to my room after a long day of hiking around. The hotel restaurant was closed when I stayed (I think because it was the off season) and so you'll need to take an Uber or taxi into the town for dinner (short, under 10 minutes, and inexpensive trip). Breakfast was a bit limited, again, given I was there in the off season, but totally adequate and filled me up for the morning. I would certainly stay here again. It was really inviting.

We stayed at the Best Western Puerto Natales for 5 days during our trip to see Torres del Paine, the Milodón Caves, puerto Natales and southern Patagonia. The hotel staff was wonderful, the room adequate but comfortable, the food good and the view beautiful. The hotel has just recently changed names so gets confused with the Border Glacier in downtown Puerto Natales. You will need to know this if taking a taxi or asking for directions. It is a little ways out of Puerto Natales, but you can take Ubers, taxis or rent a car. Don’t try to take an Uber from the airport, however. Take a taxi. This hotel is only 30 minutes to the Milidon Caves and about 1 1/2 hours from a Torres del Paine. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Puerto Natales. I would stay here again:)
