The space
★Open concept kitchen and living room dining area for 6.
★Glass sliding doors open onto a sweet Little patio to enjoy al fresco dining with a comfortable Hammock for relaxing in and BBQ
★A fully equipped kitchen offering everything you need
full-sized refrigerator, oven, microwave and lots of amenities.
Second level
★The main bedroom features a king-size bed and sofa bed,
★The Second bedroom a queen-size bed
★A modern full bath is located in the hallway next to both bedrooms.
★For everyone's comfort, there is a half bathroom on the ground floor.
Common roof top area with loungers. From there you will be able to watch the sunrise on the beach side and the pink sunsets over the mangrove.

Good Place
spacious, well located with a large in- the- shade outdoor patio - somewhat worn but otherwise very comfortable with quality furniture - management very efficient - toilets and kitchen sink need replacing

We had a great time and the apartment was what we needed for our trip, a place to sleep, take a shower have breakfast and walk to the beach

On the Beach
The location was petty good but should not be advertised as " on the beach."
We were all lookkng forward to using the rooftop but this was not possible. The temp was between 34C and 38C and the patio cover on the roof was not adequate to keep us covered from the sun. We would have been able to use the rooftop if the patio cover extended the length of the roof. Very disappinting. The contact representative was super fast in responding to our queries. The only other issue that we were not prepared for was that we had to put our used toilet paper in a basket located beside each toilet. This was not specific to our condo but to the entire community of Puerto Morales.

Perfect!
My husband, my bro, his wife + I had a beautiful stay. It’s big enough we weren’t on top of each other, the private courtyard is a shady dream, we used the rooftop patio a lot, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fairly well appointed, and it is the perfect location for us. Plus every time you go upstairs you see the sea! We will definitely book this place again.

Peaceful and wonderfully located property
The apartment was a great set up, location, and nice and quiet. Shared roof deck was wonderful, with great views! Agree with previous review that the property is definitely missing some upkeep and supplies (like a broom). While we were there the coffee machine didn't work and the shower head broke. However, Florencia was fantastic in responding immediately to the issues and resolving them. She was great about communicating with us as well. Can't beat the location - a block from the beach and a short walk into town for groceries, restaurants, shops, etc.
