Molto buona esperienza, la stanza è pulita, la spaziosa e luminosa, le strutture sono nuove e il personale è molto amichevole!Il capo è il fratello maggiore di Guangdong, ci prende cura molto di noi, ci ha anche fatto un delizioso cibo cinese 🥢 Hotel è tranquillo, buona privacy, la spiaggia e l'acqua del mare sono molto pulite, la prossima volta dovrò venire 👍

Non è solo il miglior resort che abbia soggiornato nelle Filippine, ma è anche il migliore che abbia soggiornato a livello mondiale. Come un australiano che ha viaggiato molto, le mie aspettative di hotel e resort sono elevate, e questo resort ha rispettato le mie aspettative. La piscina all'aperto, l'ambiente, il giardino e le strutture sono fantastiche. La disponibilità di servizi gratuiti come il biliardo, il tennis da tavolo e un giardino è aggiunto all'esperienza generale. Tuttavia, se hai una macchina, si prega di essere consapevoli che il parcheggio è molto limitato e occasionalmente bloccato a causa della sua posizione davanti a una casa con una porta stretta. Ci è voluto un po' per fornire chiare istruzioni per il parcheggio. La pulizia è migliorata, soprattutto con lettini che hanno un odore di lingerie, che potrebbero indicare un asciugamano insufficiente; inoltre, la caldaia d’acqua e i tazze sembravano non essere stati lavati in modo approfondito. In generale, la mia famiglia godeva del loro soggiorno e con maggiori miglioramenti e il personale più responsabile prima e durante il soggiorno renderebbe questo posto ancora migliore.

This is a very cute place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the stay overall was enjoyable. The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!

I stayed at the Dreamwave hotel in White Beach in Puerta Galera 13/9/2022 for 7 nights with my partner To say I was disappointed is an understatement I arrived to find the hotel is currently being refurbished and not as described in the pictures in Agoda. I will list my complaints below that happened in the 7 days I booked a deluxe room. The room had a king size bed in it. A TV unit and a TV and a bathroom. There was no space in the room other than to walk round the bed. No table or chair. No kettle. But more importantly no wardrobe to put ones clothes. The bed when I sat on it creaked and groaned like a 1930s spring bed would. The view out the window was of a building site I went to reception to speak to the manager. I was told that was the room I had booked and is a normal deluxe room I mentioned about no wardrobe but they had no answer to that. After several discussions back and forth I was offered another room but for only 6 days (I would have to revert to the original room for one night.) OK let’s see the room I said and I was showed another room a VIP room four times as big Back to reception I said I would accept that room she said it is another 9100 pesos (150 pounds) I argued that they had failed to supply me with what I had already paid for but they wouldn’t budge So I reluctantly paid We moved in to the room These are the issues with this room No wardrobe we lived 6 days out of suitcases No hot water. They tried to fix but couldn’t I was offered another room to shower in but that lasted two days No kettle till I asked for one The microwave didn’t work The shower floor leaked from the tray to the floor The window was filthy and grimy No hot water in the sink after two days Water pressures in sink was poor No sink plug The bed was great as was the view through the dirty full-length windows The hotel itself has been boarded off just behind reception and all the rooms being let are on the front of the building. The front entrance has a space allocated to a tattoo artist here he lounges sprawled about sleeping in the day waiting for customers The front entrance has roller shutters that come down at night Breakfast included in the 9100. The menu only had small items on it and the value was between 150 and 250. If we had anything above 150 we had to pay the extra On the first night / morning we were woken at 5.30 with someone on the building site behind the boarded corridors singing at the top of their voice. I mentioned this to reception but again it happened on night 2 and 5 On night 4, hotel guests singing loudly in the hallways and reception area, despite a night guard, it woke us up at 3am. I mention this to reception and asked why the guard hadn’t stopped this but they had no answer The seating area on the balcony for smokers was filthy and the chairs were old paint splattered plastic garden chairs The best for last In the pictures in Agoda website shows and the description quotes tables
