Apartamentos Bitácora Club Lanzarote

We stayed end of July/beginning of August. When we first arrived we were greeted by Javier on reception. He made us feel very welcome and was really helpful getting us checked in quickly. The reception should have been closed when we arrived and were left instructions via email on how to get into our room, however most nights the reception was open much later. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the shower is hot (something we’ve struggle to find before in Lanzarote). The pool bar is reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly. My SIL brought her own oat milk and they happily made her a hot chocolate with it and stored it in their fridge for the week. The pool is a good size and well maintained. The only downside would be the lack of sun beds around the pool area and guests reserving them all day then not using them. The location is great. Down the hill takes you to be the beach. There is also a Lidl a 10 minute walk in the other direction which was handy. We only stayed for 5 nights but had such a brilliant time. Hoping to return again next year with all the family.

What a amazing little gem of a place. Stayed here for 4 days at the end of April with my daughter and sister. First time staying here and mostly definitely back. From first checking in reception desk staff absolutely amazing. So friendly and welcoming. We got apartment 219 and it was amazing. So clean. Air conditioning in bedroom is FREE. Plus there is FREE wifi. No problems at all with it. Only thing pay for is safe which was feck all. Walk in shower. Lots of kitchen facilities. I'm coeliac so found this helpful for cooking. There a coffee pot for anyone wanting to bring fresh coffee. Really comfy beds. Even the sofa bed wascomfy. Good quality one. It all looks newly renovated. Beautiful balcony that got the sun mostly all day. The place is spotless. I watched the staff out before 8am every morning cleaning pool area and all other areas. I've never been to a complex that has been so clean. Well done to all the staff on this. The bar/cafe..Amazing place Beautiful cocktails and staff so friendly. Could not fault them in anyway. I didn't eat here but my sister had the club sandwich which she said was amazing. Food did all look amazing. Pool area was lovely. Plenty of beds and umbrella when we were there. I've been in many a pool in Lanzarote at different months of the year. And they are always baltic. This was the first time I entered a pool without taking my breath away. It has a lovely wall inside it u can sit on and the jets had warm water coming out of them.. Lidl is jus less then 10min walk and ***** less again. Bit of incline on way back. But nothing major.. Little supermarket was open to 10.30pm. So was great get a few bits when we arrived in evening. Lovely, friendly staff there too..And I was over the moon to see gluten free San Miguel in fridge. Bravo to Lanzarote for been so clued into gluten free products etc. I haven't travelled since been diagnosed with coeliac 12 years ago. But I bit the bullet and went for it. I can not rate this place enough. Was the best experience I could of asked for... We had a evening return flight, but even after checkout we were sble to leave bags in storage and usr pool facilities. Always the shower facilities downstairs in the gym were the best. We were ableto get showered and freshened up for our journey home. Thank you so much to you all in Bitacora. Absolutely smashing it.. Look forward to returning again soon. Muchas Gracious. Quite a good hotel, room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfy, nothing bad about the room. The hotel itself was very nice, pleasant place, cleaner came, good equipment, fresh towels, staff are very kind and helpful, the drinks form the bar are quite nice. The only bad things about this hotel is that the breakfast was cold, and so was the pool. Overall pleasant experience

Booked a one bed superior apartment for myself and husband. Good location, close to the ***** although up a bit of a hill (10 min walk). Apartment was very clean and spacious. Ground floor with lovely sized terrace. Lovely bathroom, shower very good. Bed very comfortable. Air con was fantastic especially in the hot August sun. Pool bar good, didn’t eat there much as went out and about but had some drinks. Staff lovely and friendly. Nice pool. Good value for money. Would definitely go back to Bitacora.

Stayed mid August 10 nights 6 adults 3 rooms The hotel is situated 10mins walk away from seafront, it’s up hill but if you don’t fancy the walk 3.5 euros in a taxi. Reception staff - friends and helpful Bar - lovely food drinks and lunch often taken there open 9am until 8.30pm for food, bar was open until late never seen it shut before mid night Also shows all premier league matches. Whilst all the bar staff are great a special shout out to the two ladies who were always happy and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable we had all rooms on second floor overlooking the pool. Aircon is really good it’s only in the bedroom but if you leave the middle door open during the day it circulates throughout. Finally the pool area is clean and opens when the cleaners have finished cleaning the area was about 9.30 most days. However with this being the 6 weeks there was a mad dash every day to get sunbeds.i would envisage this wouldn’t be much an issue outside the main summer holidays. All in all a lovely stay at a reasonable price

Only downside is out side pool bar no sunshade a must for this time of year.pool bar good also luvly big pool location ok near Lidl and bars and Pharmacy
