Sad to see the old owners selling up. This has been a lovely old hotel for so many years. Very little changes have been made- a few new seats and tables. But a total revamp of the menu ! Great dishes but with a very full price. It will be interesting to see what the new owners do- their lick of paint here and there only scratches the surface of under investment. Will be watching to see what happens.

Visited for menu del dia, in a party of 15. Food was delicious, waiter helpful and friendly. One person not happy with their main but it was changed immediately without any fuss. Enjoyed sitting in the terrace afterwards with its beautiful view.

We have stayed at this once wonderful hotel many times over many years. The new owners are greedy and at least one of the waiters is a thief. My phone was taken from my table while I was absent for just a few minutes. Of course I can never prove it but the waiter was the only person around and my table was cleared of my cutlery and dirty plates at the same time my phone went missing. My week long stay was ruined. Guests are now forced to pay €10 a day to park at the hotel. Breakfast is just an unorganised fiasco with items always forgotten. Waiters like to pretend they do not understand English ‘when they do not want to help’. I once loved to stay here. The chambermaids are very sweet and always helpful. I’m sorry for their wonderful efforts to be ruined by the new regime. Never ever again!

4 months after staying They have fraudulently taken £750 from my bank account This is disgusting when trying to call the hotel the phone goes dead I’ve emailed requesting refund asap with an explanation as to why this has happened Very angry REFUND ASAP

Great views.Good room. Throbbing music from downstairs,quite spoils my terrace. Facilities in whole Bahia area not open,including hotel restaurant.Long walk for anything. Great Terrace for sunbath,if I can stop the music from downstairs,promised ,but resumes.

Stunning views from the chosen sea view room. Room spotless. Everything you need....apart from a kettle. Large terrace with table and chairs . Lovely bathroom . Comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely looking hotel . Especially the lounge / restaurant area and the massive outside terraces overlooking the sea. Stunning! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Its the worst hotell ever ! Mould on the wall and the curtain, mould on the window and its smell like a rat had died in the room 🤢 It's only one employed in the hotel and she doesn't speak english at all.. Det værste hotellet ever, styr unna !!! Mugg og møkk over alt .🤢🤢🤢

We stayed here one night as a brake in a long journey. This hotel has a feel of going back in time, in a positive way. They have choosed to just replace what is needed: some room-furniture (ours were newer than in the photos), bath-room-tiles etc, but not to try to look like all other modern hotels. That is probably why they can keep the prices so low. We had a big room with a big balcony with fantastic see-view. It was very clean and when we arrived it was nice and fresh thanks to the AC. The shower was good. The break-fast had everything, but in disposable packaging. I suppose you do best in to also pack in your food items in your room. There is a very cheap bar with a big terrace by the sea. Be aware that in summer there is dancing until late friday-saturday. Puerto de Mazarrón has several small, beaches protected by rocks. We will go back!

We were so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Rooms are basic but very clean and we booked 2 sea view rooms which had spectacular views and the balcony was large. Staff are very friendly and cost of drinks at the bar very reasonable. Will definitely be returning.
