Gli appartamenti sono davvero carini e comodi, spaziosi, abbiamo trovato la giusta dotazione, un letto comodo, e la piscina è sempre una ottima comodità. Ti propongono e organizzano anche delle gite con servizio di trasporto fino al porto o la destinazione. Il personale è tutto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la posizione, si raggiunge il lungomare di Puerto de la Cruz in meno di 10 minuti in auto, 30 a piedi, e se ti serve al ritorno (in salita) puoi prendere un taxi a circa 7-8€. Zona tranquilla solito neo il parcheggio, ma è cosi ovunque a Tenerife. Forse unico consiglio un po' più di attenzione nelle pulizie.

Ottima struttura tranquilla e silenziosa, molto pulita e personale gentilissimo. Camere eleganti e spaziose, bello il giardino. Consigliata per chi ama la tranquillità. Bella la sauna e anche la piscina, peccato solo non aver mai goduto del sole al mattino!

Appartamenti piacevole in una zona molto tranquilla vicina hai servizi importante come supermercati e ristorante raggiungibile a piedi. Servizio di pulizia delle camera ogni giorno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Non dispone di un parcheggio privato ma non e un problema c’è tanto parcheggio in prossimità della struttura. Noi abbiamo fatto check in alle ore 23:30 senza nessun problema.

Reception gentile e competente, nonché H24. Gli appartamenti offrono tutto il necessario per un ottima vacanza. Zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile. È compresa la piscina e la sauna. Privacy nelle camere e nel terrazzo esterno.

We stayed in this hotel for the first time as a couple on our first holiday together from the moment we walked through the door. The staff were absolutely amazing and always went above and beyond everything that was asked for it was also my partner‘s birthday when we got here And they came in with a bottle of wine and some chocolates while we were out which was a lovely gesture every single person that is absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend everybody to come here thank you for making our experience amazing when we will definitely be back again

Such a beautiful tranquil home from home. Staff are lovely, grounds are gorgeously botanical, with birds tweeting and a stunning view of the mountains. A really relaxing place. Room is exactly like the pictures, modern and super clean and comfortable. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within 5/10 mins walk. And the historical old town is about 30 mins, but is quite hilly with plenty of steps. We love a walk so that really worked for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic 10 days spent at these lovely apartments. Well appointed rooms, cleaned daily if required, all mod cons, and beach towels which is great if you are travelling light. Just 20 minute walk downhill to the municipal sea pool and town centre (albeit with a healthy uphill walk home to walk off the great food and vino). There also also several fine restaurants and two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. A lovely quiet garden (with beautiful bird song all day ) and a fine small pool area. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Apartamentos Ambassador! We only stayed a week but wish it was longer. It's a great location, away from the hustle and hustle but not too far away. The gardens were beautiful, so well kept. The apartment itself was so clean and had everything you need including robes, bath towels and beach towels. We loved our terrace and often ate out there in the evening. The pool was usually quiet and I often had it to myself which was a treat. The whole place was tranquil and relaxing. The staff were amazing too and very helpful, particularly Johanna who checked us in and booked an excursion to Mt Teide for us. We'll definitely return

We spent almost two weeks in this place with our family. And I have to say that if I could give more than five stars, I would. The place is beautiful and very welcoming. I felt like I was visiting family. It is clean, tidy, and nice. The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. So, everything is a plus. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
