Hotel JS Cape Colom

Hotel was great, very clean and well maintained. The views were fantastic, weather was beautiful and overall a great trip. Porto Colom is a pretty fishing village within walking distance from the hotel. Buses are accessible to visit other resorts if you want to get around and see more of island. The staff were amazing, kind friendly and knowledgeable polite and an asset to the hotel. The food was excellent with a good range of dishes. The only negative I can say about that part was the labelling of food could have been clearer stating what was vegetarian or vegan and listing the ingredients as unclear sometimes as to whether there was meat in the dishes or not ! If you’re reading this and thinking of going BOOK IT !

I have just returned from a weeks holiday at the hotel. The staff are so nice - smiles, helpful - made me feel at ease!! The hotel was kept spotlessly clean! Food was good - good choices - one evening (unfortunately my last) was a little bit of a let down but that's life!! The views at the back of the hotel are amazing Lovely to sunbathe, read in such beautiful surroundings!! Will be back next year for a longer stay!!

Everything is great about this hotel, the cleanliness, food, view etc but there is just one element that needs a bit of a tweak. The cocktails are a little quirky, what I mean is the menu lists one set of ingredients but the bar staff chose alternatives. I love a Long Island iced tea however in a weeks stay and asking various bar staff I get a weird pre mix with orange juice except when the older bar tender made it correctly. It hasn’t spoilt my holiday, just made me steer clear of the cocktail’s

It was the best view I ever had from a hotel balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was always kept clean and with A/C it was a very good temperature. The food is really good, with plenty to choose from. Stairs into the sea and the pool made it perfect for hot days. The Bed was very comfy and big enough, even for me as a tall Person (185cm/6ft1inch). Would recommend it to everyone and will come back myself.

Just been for my second stay here. Check in and staff wonderful Rooms, basic but spotless, how much time do you spend in there anyway? Bed was comfy and view from balcony was lovely. FOOD absolutely perfect, plenty of choice, lovely and fresh made every meal time. Drinks - again really good, choice of cocktails and spirits on all inclusive. Yes plastic cups but do you want glass next to a pool? Never any queues at the bar and staff did decent measures. No sunbed wars here, plenty of space to choose from, 2 pools and a little plunge pool, and steps into the sea for swimming. Gym on top floor with Hot tub , sauna and steam room, with amazing views. A wonderful stay, I will be back again. This hotel is perfect if you want a nice peaceful holiday to chill, no pool games on in the day or people bugging you to do activities, and entertainment on 3 nights a week. The view, staff and food are what make this place so brilliant
