It was great and comfy!!

Great and clean place, I’ve stayed many times and I recommend it. Only down side in my last stay I notice a bad small on the hallways and ellevadors hope they fix it

Air conditioning fan rattled & loud humming kept guest awake all night. Pet charge 150$ reverses at check out. Never had that before. Bathtub had ring. Bathtub floor needs a bleach job. Shower curtain gets floor wet. Front desk is polite however. They should work somewhere else

This Microtel was definitely shopworn from the broken outside bench to the torn shower curtain and the broken toilet seat. Stayed there 4 nights…the first night was greeted warmly so thank you for that. Since we didn’t leave the room early enough the first morning, we asked the cleaners to return later —they didn’t so we had to go downstairs to get fresh towels for the next morning. Our room was cleaned the 2nd day very nicely except no extra coffee packets which isn’t good anyway so no worries there. The 3rd morning my sister was coming back upstairs so she was going to grab me a cup of coffee and asked if it was ok because they were cleaning the breakfast room…the worker pointed at her watch and shook her head…it was 9:02! (Oh and beware the coffee brewed the coffee but you had to heat it for 2 minutes in the microwave because it was cold). We left after that and I told the cleaners that we would be out in 30 minutes … never came back to clean! So we were there 4 nights and had our room cleaned 1 time! Was hopeful it would be a good place to stay since it is within a few blocks of my son’s home but was VERY disappointed in the hotel and will not return unless they have some major renovations/updates, modern conveniences (like a full time coffee station and automatic doors to assist guests coming and going), and classes on what customer service means to their establishment.

The motel was full but because of our reservation, we not only got what we had reserved, but they upgraded us to a small suite. Decor needed a refresh, but overall it met our needs.

Not impressed. Building nice, but neighborhood sketchy (homeless, seedy bars & hotels nearby). Staff nice enough when approached, but didn't even look up when you came through. Breakfast limited (only eggs were boiled eggs in sandwich bags; no bacon or sausage). Matress sagged in the middle (other guests said theirs were too.) Booked mini suite with a sink, fridge, and dinette seating: dining chair had mystery stains all over, fridge froze everything (on setting 1, 5, and 9), cabinets and drawers, but no dishes or utensils. Only cleaned rooms on 3rd day of stay so I wonder how often anyone stays long enough to actually get their room cleaned. Work station consited of an empty desk. Staff explained the computer and printer were removed because "someone stole our hard drive." probably won't be back or recommend to others.

The night clerk who check us in was great! She was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms were smaller than expected (we travel about 3-5 times per yr). Both rooms bathroom fans were either hanging off the ceiling or very loose, one was so loud I could hear it in my room. One bathroom door had a hole kicked through it at the bottom. Both toilet seats needed replacing; they were discolored and heavily scratched. There’s no lamps in the rooms so your only light sources are the bright main lights or the backlighting on the bed. My backlighting only had half the lights working. Only outlets next to the bed: one could only be reached by getting on your hands and knees and the other was at the foot of the bed. No accessible outlet by the desk as the only one was being used for the mini fridge and tv. Showers water pressure was great. We didn’t have time to experience their breakfast choices as we were there for a funeral.

the check in was pleasant, good vibes & she was very sweet. the room & everything was clean .. the only down side was that the heater did not want to turn on at all at all .. & it was softly blowing cold air … it was freeeezing .

The property was convenient for the night and mostly met our needs. The area did have some noise of people racing possibly doing doughnuts in the area. The bathroom needs major renovation since the faucet head was too low and it looked like mold was growing in certain areas of the shower.
