PROS Premises are pristine, from the parking lot to the front desk and all the way to the rooms and bathrooms -no smells, no mold, no stains; and that is refreshing and reassuring… hope this hotel will remain being taken good care of. The look is modern, stylish, fresh, and practical, which all in all adds for a very wheelchair friendly experience. The wheelchair accessible room is comfortable and easy to book, and although the bathroom could do with a couple more security grab bars near the toilet, it is spacious and comes with a sufficient shower chair. The staff is friendly, assistive, and attentive. CONS The location is not what you would call touristy, it is located within the governmental district, which means not within walking distance of any attraction, sightseeing, or shopping. Because of the location you’ll need to get in or out by car, call it taxi, Uber or your own. Also because of the location, so packed with government offices, the area feels deserted after 6PM and on weekends. Not sure how that plays on security. Regarding the handicapped room, it is only a 1-queen size-bed room, somehow an inconvenient considering handicapped guest rarely travel alone. A 2-bed room option would be highly desirable. Finally, not sure if for safety or aesthetics or any other functional end, but there is a huge spotlight-like light illuminating the building’s façade that becomes greatly annoying when at the handicapped room -which is located on level 1. Yes, the shades do block such light, but if they open even slightly, the amount of light pouring in is huge!!!

Bert friendly personnel eager to help an salve any issues Clean room & towels. Great buffet breakfast including chilaquiles. The only issue was the small parking lot but that’s because we bring a big truck. Out of this, everything goes great. It’s very well located near malls, un front os a big park and a los it restaurants.

pésimo el tema de la factura Envie la constancia de inmediato y fue un verdadero suplicio que enviaran la factura Varias llamadas para que lo resolvieran con largos tiempo de espera escuchando la melodía del teléfono No lo recomiendo si requieres factura

La mejor opcion (amabilidad, limpieza, seguridad, confort, desayuno( para hospedaje en Angelopolis. Muy por arriba de otros hoteles ejecutivos. Para viaje familiar también es muy buena opción si se trae auto para trasladarse al centro de Puebla

Es un hotel nuevo, muy cómodo, la atención del personal es excelente. Las habitaciones son modernas. Es muy accesible y tiene el desayuno incluido. El único detalle es la ubicación, está relativamente retirado del centro.

Falta restaurante para mejorar la estancia, únicamente tiene menú de sushi-itto, por lo que si tienes antojo de snack o hambre a media noche tendrás que salir o esperar a que amanezca para comer, el desayuno buffet es bueno y cumple.

Extraño las amenities que daban antes de Crabtree pero el servicio sigue siendo Hilton! El desayuno podría tener un poco mayor surtido pero en general bastante bueno. El personal súper amable como siempre

al llegar nunca nos dieron la habitación que reserve porque supuestamente estaban reparando las habitaciones , fuimos con un perrito de servicio el cual nos cobraron (NO tuvieron que cobrar así lo indican actualmente los reglamentos y leyes y la señorita de recepción no le intereso), mucho ruido en la habitación de al lado se reporto a la recepción y nunca dieron una solución al otro día en el desayuno no había prácticamente comida y aun faltaban dos horas para que terminara el desayuno y respondieron que como había muchos niños ellos se comieron toda la comida y ya no había ,la magnitud de la respuesta del personal del hotel ,NO lo recomiendo , nunca nos quisieron hacer el reembolso de el animal de servicio , ni dar la habitación que pague , ni nunca pusieron mas alimento para el desayuno
