房間大，住了兩天，第一天的房間靠馬路，房間滿了，隔音不是很好，路上偶爾一輛車經過會聽到聲音，很晚的話也還好。第二天，換了對着園區的房間，安靜了很多。洗澡水很大，酒店準備了一次性毛巾浴缸套馬桶套。外賣是外賣員直接送飯房間的。早上小孩起來晚了，大人可以去餐廳把早飯拿到房間吃。餐廳在另外一棟樓二樓。打車很方便，很快有人接單。

先總結，在春節黃金週普洱全城酒店都漲價的背景下我，這個酒店價格高達1000元，這都能滿房可見生意多好，但是服務！確實跟不上！ 服務：首先是入住前酒店顯示可以加床，到店後前台説完全沒有這個服務，是攜程幫我聯繫經理，經理説去借床，並表示價格為500一晚。一個摺疊床，如此恐怖的價格還是感謝攜程幫我承擔了。 其次是，春節期間這麼火的情況下，他家晚上只有兩個前台。前台的服務沒什麼問題，但是這個酒店老闆實在是太黑心了，這麼高昂的單價，這麼火的生意就兩個前台合適嗎？累死他們也忙不過來啊，這服務能跟得上嗎？ 😢😢😢最後是因為我們中途換房，酒店房提前幫我們把東西挪到了新房間，但是在挪的過程中，沒有帶上我們的充電器。保潔還在工作羣裏發了我們落下的充電器，但從那以後這個充電器就再也沒見過了。我們住了三天，充電器找了三天都找不到。這實在是無語至極🥲🥲🥲最後離開時都沒找到。。。。 房間還算乾淨，位置也比較不錯在茶馬古鎮裏。古鎮可轉的比較少，但是附近燒烤很多，推薦達不溜燒烤。離可以轉的茶馬古城也不遠，整體位置是不錯的。 送的金宇茶園體驗還是可以的，不算屠宰場，體驗感覺還不錯。 早餐種類就是100-200多商務酒店的風格，有夜宵不錯。但是早餐味道差一些，基本就米線好吃。 一句話，這個服務，拉胯！
