Таким образом, даже более дорогие и качественные отели становятся выгоднее. А обещанный ранний заезд при первичной устной телефонной договорённостью с администратором не выполнили, потому что обещания раздаёт администратор, а убирается и подготавливает номер к заселению уборщица, а её график работы важнее клиенториентированности маленького трёхрумного номера. Но ответственности за невыполненное обещание раннего заезда никто не несёт. В коридоре стоит устройство для очистки обуви: не подключено, оно не для клиентов, а для сотрудников (кабель подключения тянется из их служебной подсобки) - верх неклиенториентированности. Кондиционер в номере странный, трудно наладить, но ладно, может это только мне так. На отоплении номеров зимой экономят, в плане, батареи не горячие, а тёпленькие... В общем, за те же деньги (около 5 тыщ р в сутки осенью 24 года) лучше выбрать другое место.
