Hello My passion is tourist around the Poland. I love travel in autumn. It's beautiful weather then I was to Pruszków. This is a small town near Warsaw. I was staying at the Hotel Victor De Silva Pruszków. In this area is many beautiful places to visit. In Pruszków and other villages and towns near this. This hotel is a good idea to small trip in weekend. Hotel Victor is lockated near Pruszków WKD railway station. The three-star hotel is a great place friendly for everyone. In this hotel is professional and helpful staff. My room had everything I needed. This room was very clean and inside had 4 big windows so in room was very sunny and beautiful view. Hotel Victor De Silva provide 6 fully-furnished conference rooms that are excellent for use by business plannig on holding a training course or business meeting in this restaurant and irish pub. This hotel offers 6 conference rooms, 370 m2 conference area, high quality equipment, remodelled space, facilities gastronomy and safe conferences.

The building looks nice. The person at the front desk was rude and hostile. Then I asked if there is a tea kettle available and he said ”you're invited to our restaurant”. I repeated my question and he said again ”you're invited to our restaurant”. After about one hour, I gathered the courage to go to the restaurant where a very nice Ukrainian worker gave me two large cups of hot water. This didn't go unnoticed - the receptionist followed behind me to my room and kept lurking. It was kind of creepy. This person should not be employed in the hotel industry. The room was very average, relatively clean. The water pressure in the shower is very strong and water hot. The parking is free, which was the main cause of staying here. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the morning was very welcoming and friendly. I asked for an additional towel and received it immediately. In the room, there is only one towel per guest.

So hard to write a bad review during pandemics, when so many hotels and apartments are in difficult situation. However I feel obliged to warn other travellers. Let the great dissappointment that I experienced be a warning sign. I made the reservation in Platinum Residence Mokotow, for the night from 6.11.2020 to 7.11.2020. Reservation was confirmed and the payment on my credit card was blocked. When we arrived to the accommodation, the lady at the front desk required me to present physical credit card, that I did not have with me. I offered to make a contactless payment by telephone but it was refused. Cash payment was refused as well. There was not even the slightest effort or good will to try to resolve the problem. The only answer I heard from the reception personel (and later from the manager) was ”it is our rule, we can not check you in, it is our rule and it was clearly stated in the reservation”. Thus we were left with no option to check in (20:30 and it was raining outside, we were after more then 4 hours of driving). We left the accommodation and called the assistant at the portal that we made the reservation. He called the accommodation and latter informed me that they finally agreed to accept cash payment. Immediately we went to the Platinum Residence Mokotow but the reception was closed and there was no one present to check us in. As it was getting late, I had to book another place for that night where we managed to check in without any problems. It was possible to make a contactless payment by telephone. If you are looking for potential problems go to Platinum Apartments Mokotow. It is really hard to find such bad customer service and rude treatment in hospitality industry nowadays. If you want to sleep well at night go for other places. Fighting with your accommodation managers is the last thing one would like to do when travelling. By the way, it was not against their rules to charge my card for the accommodation service they did not provide.

L'hotel è semplicemente perfetto. Situato vicino alle strade principali, facile da raggiungere con l'auto. Ci sono abbastanza parcheggi, anche parcheggio sotterraneo fornito (pagato). L'equipaggio è molto amichevole, anche nel bar (la signora parla solo polacco). Ho una camera aggiornata in una suite grande che era grande, elegante con letto confortevole (anche il letto divano era abbastanza buono). Vetri tripli vetri, nessun rumore! Buona scelta per colazione, con buona qualità. Miglior porridge che abbia mai avuto in Polonia. Tranvia e bus fermati vicino all'hotel, la città può essere raggiunta in 20 minuti.

Viaggio di 3 giorni dove abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura. Il massimo della valutazione è 5 se fosse stato possibile avrei dato anche 100 a tutto. Pulizia, centrale a tutto, colazione eccellente, personale cordiale, in camera siamo riusciti a trovare anche dei canali in TV italiani che ci hanno fatto compagnia la notte del capodanno. Consigliatissimo 10 e lode

Il complesso Mazurkas non è un'eccezione alla regola: come in tutta la Polonia, a parte forse il centro di Varsavia - almeno secondo la nostra esperienza - è necessario spingere la porta di un hotel se si vuole trovare un ristorante. Quando passiamo il lobby, sentimo che tutto è fatto per ”lanciare la vista” ai clienti. La sala del ristorante, con i suoi luci in cristallo a bobine, i suoi grandi dipinti murali, i suoi napaggi in seta, Le sue elegante caratide, le sue candele e la sua moquette del genere Savonerie vi trasportano in un altro tempo. Si aspetta quasi che vengano serviti in guanti bianchi! Il servizio è comunque alla luce del decoro: è diligente e attento. Purtroppo la base, ben corretta, non è al di sopra delle grandi aspettative che si sono suscitate; a parte l'eccellente Polish Mojito e le deliziose canterelle, nessun altro ingrediente del pasto ci lascerà un ricordo inoltrabile. Per quanto riguarda l'aggiunta, era pari a 424 zloty per due (95€), sapendo che dopo i cocktail abbiamo bevuto solo birra. NB: Non parlerò dell'hotel, perché non ci siamo trasferiti, ma so che i residenti devono pagare per la macchina che sta parcheggiando sul parcheggio.

L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto e il prezzo è molto ragionevole. L'unico problema è che non ci sono autobus o navetta diretta all'aeroporto, il che significa che ci vorrà circa 20 minuti per arrivare all'aeroporto. Altri sono molto soddisfacenti.

The location was bit odd as it was too far from most of the things like restaurants and etc. However, the lady at the counter helped me a lot by ordering deliveries and etc. The room had no noise proof - could hear next door talking in a average noise and a baby cried at 3am.

L'hotel è in una tranquilla strada, con buon trasporto pubblico al centro della città. Noi avevamo chiamato camera Superiore, era molto pulita, con comodo letto e buon bagno. Sabato e shampoo in bottiglie riempibili, ottimo asciugamani (potrebbe essere più bello). Nessun bar di sapone o lozioni. Piccolo frigo (la nostra poco lavorato), microonde, caldaia di tè, nessun caffè. Sacchi di tè e caffè istantaneo nella stanza, così come piatti di base. Bottiglie d'acqua nella stanza, così come. AC funziona bene. La camera di colazione non è un sorriso, ma pulisce le tavole in modo efficiente e veloce. Vorremmo che ci fosse accesso a NETFLIX (utilizzando il nostro account), il servizio TV è molto povero, non molto oltre un sacco di canali TVP, Polsat, TVN di base - nessun TVN 24. Non c'è molto da fare in hotel a notte, perché non c'è ristorante o bar e la programmazione TV è ancora scarsa. Non sono sicuro se scegliere questo hotel di nuovo a causa delle scelte della TV e forse la mancanza di ristorante.
