Really close to BYU (1 min drive), Close to Utah Valley University (about 10 mins), Close to downtown Provo (2 min drive). 18 minutes from the ski resort (Sun dace). Has everything you'll need, plates, utensils, cups, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, pans, hair dryer, etc. Also there is a large driveway where you can park. It has everything to make you feel at home. Small older house in a good location. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family's needs. The appliances all looked great and the beds were nice.

This property was perfect for our trip, we spent most of our time playing golf and exploring the area! Kitchen was great for the few meals we prepared, showers were hot, slept comfortably!

Comfortable and Clean The home was just what we needed in Provo. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well stocked for cooking our own meals. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great place to stay! Host was very accommodating and helped make my stay so much better. I was in town for a family medical issue. Host made this crazy time much easier.
