Island time
We throughly enjoyed our time in Turks and Caicos and at Coconut Beach Villa. The property was as described and in a beautiful location. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond anytime I had questions. I definitely wouldn’t take a star away for this, but I would recommend having an oscillating fan (or 2) in both houses. It helped tremendously during the day to keep the breeze flowing through the main room in the house.

Family Birthday Celebration
The property was perfect for our family group! Having two separate but connected units was great. The location is perfection!!! Beautiful beach and water and lush tropical landscape. We are a beach family! We loved the beach being steps away and having all those lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach was awesome! Would definitely go back!!!

Great family home
This was the perfect house for our family, including children down to the age of eight months. It was right on the beautiful beach. The bay is absolutely beautiful ! Dana made the entire process so easy.

Beautiful villa!
We had a great time! The location and beautiful sandy beach was amazing! It was wonderful having our family of 8 stay at this entire villa that provided more than enough space, privacy, bedrooms to accommodate four couples, and a private pool. The beach area with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas was a added benefit. We did one snorkeling excursion and couldn’t wait to get back to the villa and beach. We were so spoiled! The owners were available and on top of all of our needs. Wish we had planned a longer trip!

Paradise for a family with Small children
The property was wonderful and unique in it's capabilities to accommodate 3 families with members ranging in age from infants to seniors. Amazing beach! lovely but small pool! Very short walk (20 seconds) to the beach from the two units. The Accommodations were great. We will be returning.

Beautiful beach and wonderful house!
Coconut Beach Villa on Sapodilla beach was the perfect place and setting for our intergenerational family vacation. The little ones (age 1, 3 and 5) played for hours on the beach and in the shallow, warm and turquoise water. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets from our porches and found the kitchens well stocked for making memorable family dinners. Dana was always accessible when we had questions or concerns. The vendor situation other reviews talked about wasn't an issue at our end of the beach, although you do hear music up until about 8 pm. Be prepared to share the beach with others who drive and park nearby, but the private space for the villa is very spacious.

Group of 11 people. Had a very good time. They didn’t tell us how much we owe for the power usage otherwise 5 star all around.
