Hotel con piscina a Providencia

La stanza era bella e pulita, e il personale era caldo e accogliente, parlandoci in spagnolo (come auspichiamo) nonostante le nostre limitazioni. Quando ci troviamo stufati, gli oratori non inglese sbatteranno i loro telefoni per trovare una traduzione e aiutarci. Molto da fare solo camminare intorno al quartiere. Avvertito di eventuali tasche di caccia che abbiamo agito in modo corretto e non abbiamo avuto alcun male. Santiago erano d’aiuto e amichevole ovunque andavamo. Le uniche scintille erano la modifica delle nostre tovaglie, nonostante i segni e le istruzioni che erano amichevole all'Echo (per non cambiare ogni giorno) e una griglia incontaminata nella lavanderia che era un pericolo di scorrere e lasciava la stanza meno invitante. Entrambi sono stati affrontati in fretta e sorridendo.

L' hotel è stato dotato di 3 stelle per la sua posizione e il servizio amichevole nella sala colazione. Fortunatamente, andava in viaggio con qualcuno che parlava spagnolo, ma anche lui aveva problemi a capire il cameriere. Ha continuato a chiedere i nostri documenti di partenza per lasciare il Cile. Fino a quando non ci ha mostrato una copia del nostro modulo di PDI, abbiamo capito di cosa parlava. I mattoni sono ben indossati nelle stanze e nelle stanze , i mobili sono anche ben indossati . Non c'è vista eccetto la nostra stanza guardando negli appartamenti lungo la strada . Il bicchiere di benvenuto era limitato a circa tre scelte e il barista non conosceva l'inglese, oltre a non avere personalità. La camera da colazione era piacevole e aveva scelte medie... la giovane donna che lavorava la sala da colazione raccolse le nostre uova perché erano molto ricche e non commestibili, ci ricordava il giorno dopo e immediatamente aveva le nostre uova come ci preferivano. La cameriera di oggi parlava molto bene l'inglese e era molto utile per il magazzinaggio del nostro bagaglio, perché abbiamo avuto un ritardo di pick-up all'aeroporto.L'hotel era pulito e aveva grandi spazi aperti. Molto centralmente situato, vicino al centro commerciale all'interno del centro commerciale Gran Costanera , il più grande ed più alto edificio in Sud America . Molti ristoranti e bar vicino , molto bel quartiere.

The lobby and outside of this hotel looked nice. However, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. The room was old and dated, especially the carpet. We were glad we brought flip flops to walk around in. The shower had mildew, especially on the fixtures. We were on the second floor. Not sure if the higher floors were nicer. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and sights. The breakfast was another good thing about this hotel. It had a great variety of hot and cold items. It sustained us for much of the day. Other than the location and breakfast, I would recommend trying a different hotel until this property goes through a major renovation.

Olhando as avaliações daqui fiquei um pouco receosa, mas tive uma excelente estrada, não tenho do que reclamar. Fiquei hospedada no Mr. Apart Providencia (na mesma entrada funciona o Mr Hotel e também o Mr Apart, cada um com uma proposta diferente). Os recepcionistas foram bem simpáticos e nos informaran que se tivéssemos passeios cedo, poderíamos avisar na recepção 1 dia antes que eles preparavam o café da manhã pra levar. O café da manhã era gostoso e tinha bastante variedade. O quarto tinha tudo o que precisávamos, tv, frigobar, secador de cabelo, aquecedor e uma mini cozinha com acessórios para cozinhar. A cama era confortável e tinha bastante edredom. A limpeza era feita diariamente. A localização era excelente, perto de restaurantes, do metrô e do shopping. Fizemos tudo a pé. Nada a reclamar.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Postscript: Having left Santiago to visit Atacama we returned to Santiago and had a night in an airport hotel before flying home. Rather than stay within the conf

No comecinho agora de março/22 meu marido e eu nos hospedamos no hotel por três noites e foi tudo excelente! Nos deram um upgrade de quarto, que era enorme, super silencioso e com uma cama espetacular (quarto 413), muito confortável e grande (meu marido é comprido! rs). Desfrutamos bastante das áreas comuns, como piscina, jacuzzi (que tem uma vista linda da cidade) e sauna. Todos os funcionários muito gentis e prestativos! Inclusive um dos dias que estava muito calor e ficamos o dia todo andando pela cidade tivemos a grata surpresa de retornar para o quarto e o mesmo estar já ambientado com ar condicionado pelo time de camareiras. A localização é ótima! Fizemos tudo a pé e de metrô por lá devido a essa facilidade e por ser uma região que nos sentimos super seguros. Recomendo muito! Único ponto de alinhamento de expectativas é o café da manhã, é no estilo americano e não de buffet, então com opções mais restritas, mas mesmo assim tinha tudo o que julgamos ”essencial”, então de fato não é um ponto ruim, apenas de alinhamento de expectativas. Não afetou em nada nossa impressão da estadia no hotel e voltaríamos com certeza.

Sono ritornato a Santiago per lavoro dopo alcuni anni ed ho soggiornato nuovamente all NH Plaza Santiago. Si trova zona Las Condes , zona tranquilla ,di fronte al Costanera Center ,un grande centro commerciale . Il personale e' molto gentile ,ti fa' subito sentire a casa. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale. Camera molto pulita e silenziosa ,letto fantastico ,mega doccia ,scrivania per lavorare con vari tipi di prese incluso usb ,wifi veloce ,minibar ben fornito ,macchinetta per caffe espresso ,cassaforte e armadio capiente., accappatoio ,ciabatte Insomma ,tutto quello di cui c'e' bisogno . Inoltre la filosofia del personale , e' la massima attenzione al cliente ed il problem solving L'ho potuto constatare di persona per un problema legato ai voli ,dovendo annullare 2 notti. Ottima la colazione ,molto ben assortita ,ed anche nel ristorante ,lo staff e' molto attento e gentile. Vorrei fare i complimenti a Tutti ed in particolare , alla Guest Experience Mangaer , Stefany Montalva, sempre sorridente , gentile,professionale e molto disponibile ad aiutare il cliente . Brava !!

Siamo stati a Santiago per incontrare i nuovi parenti che vi abitano. Per noi, la posizione delle suite presidenziali dell'abba era perfetta. Parliamo poco spagnolo, ma il loro personale front desk è bilingue, quindi non c'era alcun problema per noi. Ci sono stati facilmente accolti con check-in precoce per un altro dollaro, ma questo includeva il loro buffet per colazione, che era perfetto dopo i voli in California. Abbiamo visitato il buffet poche volte durante i nostri dieci giorni. Sono anche serviti a cena. La camera era grande, soleggiata e molto pulita. Il custodia era disponibile ogni giorno se lo volevamo, e molto flessibile con il tempo. La camera dispone di una cassaforte, una cucina e un sacco di spazio seduto per vedere amici e parenti, guardare TV ecc. Mentre forniscono un pozzo per bollire l'acqua, non c'era caffè, tè, zucchero, ecc. Avremmo potuto usare un dischietto e lenzuola di pasta per la spazzatura bagnata. Lo sappiamo per la prossima volta.

This is a very pleasant hotel in Santiago. I liked the neighborhood it was in and the people working there were very friendly. It was in walking distance from the gondola station, which was convenient and there were lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The bed was enormous and breakfast was good. The bathroom looks a little worn, but nothing to complain about.
