Hotel Boutique Tremo Bustamante

I checked into this hotel and the staff were friendly. I was charged a room deposit that was not refunded upon my check out but instead, charged a second time which I only learned when I looked at my credit card statement later on. I contacted the hotel about this error several times and did not get a response or a correction on the extra charges. The hotel advertises multilingual staff but this is not the case. This made communicating very difficult when things went wrong with a power surge in my room that destroyed my cell phone. The hotel did not respond to this situation at all either. I paid for attempted repairs (that ended up being seriously fraudulent and criminal with the so called repair people stealing my phone's logic board and demanding my passcodes. Be careful travellers!!) The old wiring in the hotel was the cause of the phone's demise, so I would caution travellers about travelling with your main device and if you are travelling alone, it would be wise to have a back up device so you can bring your damaged device home for repair. All in all between the hotel not responding to the power surge issue I experienced in my room and the double deposit charge I would not recommend this or any of this group's hotels for your travel experience unless you enjoy stress and unforeseen extra costs. The room was not particularly clean. The sheets were filthy and there was no inclination in the staff to address any of the issues I encountered. If I could give a zero star review for this business I would. Travellers beware.

My check-in was okay and the staff was quite friendly then I needed to get sleep and turned in that night. Unfortunately, its pictures didn't have to do with the reality. Furthermore, there was lots of dirtiness and some hair in my bed. I wish I hadn't booked it. In the end, I got no solution and I had to lie on the floor. Mein Check-in war in Ordnung und das Personal war freundlich. Leider hatten die Bilder aus dem Internet aber keine Beziehung oder keinen Zusammenhang mit der Realität. Zugleich war mein Bett voll von Treck und Haaren in unterschiedlichen Längen. Ich hätte lieber nicht dieses Hotel gebucht. Am Ende habe ich keine Lösung gefunden und ich musste sogar auf dem Fußboden auf meinen Klamotten liegen.

La cama está tan vieja por uso que es totalmente incómoda, almohadas muy sucias, apelmazadas que dan asco, viejas y mal olientes, sábanas sucias, viejas y rotas, El baño viejo, muy chico y no se encuentra bien aseado, las toallas se nota que las lavan pero tienen manchas por uso muy impregnados Rescato la amabilidad de los chicos. 4/ lo único.

Habitaciones minusculas sin ventilación, mal pintadas, sin respaldos, sabanas y cobertores sucios, sin muebles para dejar la ropa, baño con hongos en la tina, cielo y costados, lavamanos insalubre. Si no fuera porque estaba todo copado alrededor por un concierto, hubiera cancelado. Lo único bueno que tenía es la ubicación.
