Ottimo Hotel vicino ad una spiaggia fantastica. Praticamente in pieno centro. Balcone enorme, con una vista stupenda,camera grande con materassi comodi. Bagno leggermente da ristrutturare ma nell insieme bello. Frigorifero a disposizione. Aria condizionata a disposizione Colazione varia con cibo sia salato che dolce Cena a buffet con un sacco di scelta tutto molto buono. Reception molto competente gentile e disponibile. Insomma grazie a Odessa hotel per aver reso la mia vacanza perfetta

Il soggiorno è stato ben oltre le mie aspettative, la struttura dispone di tutti i servizi essenziali e non solo, la pulizia sia delle camere che del resto dei locali era ottima. Ho soggiornato 3 giorni con la mia ragazza e già da quando abbiamo messo piede all’interno dell’hotel il personale è stato incredibilmente disponibile, gentile e generoso. In particolare chef Andreas che mette cuore e passione in cucina e i due addetti di sala David e Mixalis sempre pronti per qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio assolutamente, ci tornerò!

Che dire, uno dei migliori hotel in cui siamo stati. Location ottima, a 2 minuti dal mare e dalla *****. Cibo vario e abbondante (i dolci superlativi), forse c'è poca offerta di pesce, ma c'è ogni giorno l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa mangiare, con menu serali a tema. Lo chef Andreas é sempre presente e attento che fosse tutto ok (ha preparato solo per noi del Tiramisù!). Tutto il personale di sala (menzioniamo Michele e Giovanni-lo scrivono in italiano- (ma questo vale anche per tutti gli altri!) sono sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. Lo stesso vale per la super Susanna, alla reception (con la collega Kitti e gli altri di cui non ricordiamo il nome), è una persona stupenda e il suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza sono stati impareggiabili, ha risolto sempre le nostre richieste e dato informazioni utili. E un grazie a Koulla, sia prima che durante il soggiorno ci ha sempre seguito e ha fatto di tutto per rendere la nostra vacanza magica. Inoltre, le stanze sono grandi e pulite davvero bene ogni giorno, con aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Nella stanza sono presenti un frigo, bollitore, cassaforte e wifi. Gli spazi comuni e la piscina anch'essi puliti ogni giorno. Le bibite dell'all inclusive sono davvero buone e non soluzioni premiscelate come abbiamo trovato in altre strutture. Il parcheggio è ampio e gratuito. Teli disponibili in piscina senza cauzione (con cambio ogni 3 giorni)... davvero cosa si vuole di più? Noi speriamo di tornare presto!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo hotel, consigliatissimo!!!!!! Camere confortevoli, posizione ottima, personale molto disponibile e gentile, un grazie particolare a una bravissima receptionist Anastasia, e al capo sala David attenti ad ogni esigenza e molto professionali....

Sono appena tornato da un soggiorno indimenticabile all'Hotel e non potrei essere più soddisfatto! L'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata mi ha subito conquistato, così come il personale cordiale e attento che si è preso cura di ogni mia esigenza. Le camere sono spaziose, elegantemente arredate e dotate di ogni comfort immaginabile, garantendo un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia impeccabile e il servizio in camera efficiente hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La struttura vanta anche diverse opzioni per il tempo libero, tra cui una piscina all'aperto incantevole e un centro benessere di prim'ordine, ideale per rigenerarsi e rilassarsi completamente. Non posso che elogiare la deliziosa cucina dell'hotel: ogni pasto è stato un'esperienza culinaria memorabile, grazie alla varietà dei piatti proposti e alla qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è ideale: situato in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata, consente di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della città. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente l'Hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno di lusso e relax. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

From start to finish our holiday was amazing. Odessa really is the hotel you want for a family. The staff are awesome, the rooms are awesome and the food is even better. Massive thank you to David the head waiter who baked my son a cake. There are too many staff to mention who have greeted us with such kindness and made our holiday special. However, special thanks to Laddy, Pederos, Christina, Vasil, Dametrie, Michalis, Andreas and all others involved.

Nice, friendly hotel. I would like to particularly thank David and Mihalis, the two restaurant managers and chef, Andreas, who looked after me and my various dietary needs so well and always with a smile. The animation team were enthusiastic and I enjoyed the yoga and aqua aerobics.

We returned to the Odessa for the second time in May after a great holiday there last July. The Odessa did not disappoint! ☺️ This time we travelled with my parents and our 2 young sons (3 and 8 months). The staff are brilliant with kids and make you feel so welcome so I would definitely recommend it for families. We found the hotel to be clean last year and this year it seemed even cleaner, particularly around the pool area. The food is outstanding at the Odessa. I am Vegan and my partner and mum are vegetarian and normally on holiday I end up eating chips, bread and salad. However we were really well looked after by the amazing Andreas the Head Chef and his team and ate beautiful fresh food all week. I wish I had taken more pictures! The food is so fresh, varied and very tasty. Andreas went above and beyond again. The food is why we returned again, we could not fault it. Even though he must be so busy, Andreas is so friendly takes such pride in his work and talks to the guests to see how they’re finding the food. The manager is also very attentive and present. In the restaurant, very high standards are maintained, it is kept very clean and the food is topped up frequently. There was a big improvement in the entertainment this year which was good to see. We had a lovely view from our room. You can not fault the location as it’s a few minutes walk down the the beach with great views on the way. It’s also very close the the main ***** in Protaras. The staff work really hard and are lovely, particularly in the bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will hopefully be back in the future.

LOCATION: excellent location, a few minutes walk to a clean, safe beach but also a short walk to the shops and nightlife. Good for couples and families. RESTAURANT: we were on an all-inclusive basis and the food, the waiting staff and the chefs were by far the best we have ever had. Excellent variety, perfectly cooked food. Helpful, friendly and hard working staff. ROOMS: good size, very clean but could do with a bit of a spruce up. Extra sockets would be a recommendation and need a repaint, new silicone around the bath etc. Wouldn’t stop me from returning though. Safe is a very good size (and free) GENERAL: pool area is lovely, safe and clean. Foyer is vast with comfortable seating areas but the actual reception area is very plain and could do with updating to match the rest of the area. A hotel/area plan upon arrival would be useful but exploring is also fun. Reception staff could do with learning some customer service tips from the restaurant staff but they were adequate. Be aware that if you hire a car and intend to travel across the border to Northern Cyprus you need to purchase additional insurance at the border crossing (€20 for 3 days). The hire company will not offer any assistance if you break down, have an accident etc. you would need to get the car to the border before they will help.

Where to start! We came on holiday as we were getting married in Cyprus but wanted to stay at a different location to the wedding. What an amazing choice the Odessa hotel was! The hotel is absolutely spotless, it is so clean and well tended to and we noticed this throughout our stay. The food!! Is AMAZING! There is so much choice and is changed daily. Chef Andreas is the best! He would regularly go out of his way to make special desserts and foods for my children and would always seem so proud of his food which is really nice to see! The staff in general are all so kind and welcoming with a smile on their faces! Krasmir and Georgia from the pool bar were great, Georgia makes the best brandy alexander cocktails!! There is pool towels that you can change every 3 days so this was great as we didn’t need the towels we brought, a selection of floats by the pool for everyone to use which was a nice touch too. There was never a rush for us beds which was nice, this may be different in the summer months but we had no issues getting beds in the mornings. The hotel is right by the beach and the main ***** so there is plenty to do around the complex. The rooms were perfect and had everything we needed, an iron and board can be hired with a €10 deposit also. Cocktail menu was huge, drinks were amazing and choice of local drinks and beers were also so good. Only tiny improvement would be better entertainment in the evenings, this didn’t bother us as we went out on the ***** most days as our children are older but there isn’t much variety on the evening entertainment, usual kids mini disco but then a lot of quizzes rather than live entertainment. Perfect for us but maybe not for families that want to remain in the hotel. Did not want to leave this hotel at all and will definitely be returning! Thankyou Odessa ❤️

The Odessa hotel was very nice. We had to upgrade from the Antigoni hotel as that wasn’t open and needless to say, we are happy that we got the opportunity stay at the Odessa. The rooms were lovely, beds super comfortable and we enjoyed seeing the sea and pool from our room. The bar staff were a great laugh and very accommodating. We, as British Tea lovers, requested for some milk and extra tea bags and sugars which they were more than happy to give us as well as being very generous with their drinks. All the staff were super friendly, Especially David, our waiter at meal times. He was really helpful and very cheerful and done a good job at trying his best to make sure all guests were happy during dinner. After a few days of being there, not only did he remember who we were but he also remembered what drinks we liked to order every night! Amazing! Also, Big shout out to Margo and Alex, the entertainment during the days and evenings. My partner really enjoyed playing water polo and we both enjoyed the evening entertainment of live music and quiz games. As well as playing cards with them when the entertainment had finished. They were super friendly and keen to get to know the guests. Al in all, Thank you Odessa for a great stay Love, Megan and Ryan

i loved this hotel , it is beautiful. i was so happy with my stay , we had a room facing the protaras beach hotel (348) it got the sun on an afternoon , our room was nice , beds were so comfortable i slept great , kettle ,safe,aircon and a fridge which had water and 2 cans of pop when we arrived we also got a sandwich and an apple as we arrived late at night , shower was also great. the hotel itself is beautiful so clean , the cleaners do a great job and kept our room lovely , with towels everyday ,the food was lovely you could always find something nice to eat , the pool area was lovely too we chose to go on the grassy area away from the pool , nice and peaceful ,the staff are probably the nicest staff i have ever come across in a hotel , so friendly and helpful , the hotel is also in a perfect location too, so close to everything . i would definitely stay here again , and recommend it to people thank you all for a lovely relaxing holiday , hope to visit again sometime soon.

This hotel is fabulous and its fantastic value for what you get The room is spacious and the bed is comfortably lacks some decent entertainment but I guess you can watch what you want on the ***** We were all inclusive so drinks and water were all on tap but the bonus was the food which we thought was quite a high standard I made a comment about how good the chocolate pudding was to the chef and he said don’t go away to my amazement he served me and my wife our favour dessert now that is what I call going the extra mile Would I go back most definitely Thanks you Odessa beach we will see you next year

great location, very close to the sea and the city, delicious food, different dishes for dinner every day, nice service in the restaurant and hotel, rooms cleaned every day, we will definitely come back next year. Special greetings to David - all the best!
