Seafront Protaras Villas

Had an amazing trip this Feb. we stayed in apartment 1 for 5 nights after getting cheap Easyjet flights and had a brilliant stay. The location of this apartment is awesome, Protaras itself is quiet in Feb but there are still 4 or 5 bars / coffee shops (shout out Vietri) open so you can find people to mingle with and people watch for atmosphere! Admittedly the weather helped but being a 2 min walk from the beach is awesome, Fig Tree bay is beautiful and the local council obviously cares as they were busy prepping for the season when we were there. Highlights of the apartment is the outside space which is massive! I’m not sure you need all that space but we certainly weren’t complaining. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis but mainly just enjoyed being outside in Feb. our daughter took ownership of the bar and it was nice to be served a few drinks! If any grumbles (and who doesn’t have any!) a couple of the outside bits like bar stools and the plastic sheeth over some cables are a bit tired and dated but wouldn’t take much to fix that up, that’s for sure! Also be careful how much you feed the birds that visit daily 💩💩

Place is very comfortable we had a jacuzzi and sauna. It was perfect for a barbecue and chill night with friends. Totally recommend it. Close to the beach and also close to the bars. You just beed to make sure you bring the right people and have a great time :)

Very nice complex of villas. Very quick responses when asking questions while we were there and before hand. Everything was well cleaned well upon arrival and the location was perfect not far from the bus stop to get into ayia napa and right on the beach. Good holiday.

The house/villa we stayed was modern, big with all comforts extremely clean and had everything we needed. Next to the sea and the main road of Protaras. Clean and large pool. Comfortable beds and nice rooms with bathrooms in all of them. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended

The house was extremely clean and luxurious with great sea view and big clean pool. Very convenient spaces with everything we needed ( super clean/ new towels comfy beds and pillows. Next to the beach Next to the main road of protaras Everything was great and we had a wonderful time with the kids Didn't want to leave Certainly coming again Highly recommended

Very Clean, spectacular better than in photos. EXCELLENT location perfect for families, kids or group of friends. Highly recommended. Very spacious pool facilities , jacuzzi and steam room all in excellent condition. Full wifi around the whole premises.
