Absolutely beautiful hotel, very very clean, staff are brilliant and it's close to everything you need shop and club wise and very close to beach. Couple things that you may need to know, take ur own teabags and milks etc and as tv is not smart if you wanna watch anything I suggest bringing a roku box or playstation to plug into hdmi port on TV. Make sure you get a high floor too unless you enjoy looking at a car park 😂 Preferably at front as it overlooks sea. Never been Cyprus but first experience a good one.

We stayed in a one bed apartment self catering for 4 people.nice spacious room with air con.Aircon is only allowed on low don't turn the fan speed up.In this heat is a joke! rooms dirty .you get black feet daily.im not sure what they clean as bathroom is gross. You get clean bedding twice a week and towels.there is a charge if you want them more often.Some staff very polite and helpful unless you have a complaint.The beds are rock hard but they do supply bed toppers on request. Not sure what they put in the pool but has died all swimwear yellow and if you have white or blonde hair it gives you a greeny yellow glow.when handing this over to staff got told it's because you got in the pool to soon which I didn't.Not been in the pool since.ruin Brand new swim wear!Good job beach is a stones throw away. Very convenient location to everything I couldn't fault it.I personally wouldn't return to this hotel.There is no vibe round the pool no music played can become boring.i don't want booming music but some back ground noise would be good.

We came here last year and enjoyed ourselves so much we returned for a 12 night stay in July 2025. The reception team are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much of an issue. Even lent me an iron when my travel iron gave up after my flight. A big thank you to Stavroulla who answered all emails with regards our time at Melini whilst in the UK. Our room was kept spotlessly clean by our cleaner. The facilities are perfect. The hotel is located in the heart of the *****, with everything on your doorstep. The famous Fig tree beach is a 5 minute walk away. You also have a pool to relax by if you wish. The rooms are spacious modern and the air con is very good. The hotel is reasonably priced and you are not slapped with hidden addons. I can only recommend this fantastic little gem of a hotel. Will be returning soon.

We stayed at the melini for 11 nights in June. What can I say except BRILLIANT. From when we arrived until we left the girls on reception (Irena and Anna Marie) were always there if we needed anything. The hotel is always spotless, and the cleaning staff are always on the go. The reception is bright, welcoming, and manned 24 hrs. You need to get the remote from reception for a 10 euros deposit, which you get back when you hand it back in. The lifts are to the right of the reception desk. We stayed in room 513 and were happy with the room. It had everything we needed. It was on the right side of the hotel, so there was no view of the ***** and sea but overlooked the pool next door, so we were happy The room had a good-sized balcony. Has two beds pushed together , We found them a bit hard for us . In the bedroom are two large wardrobes. The bathroom has a sink with a large mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, a great shower with a normal head, and a rainfall shower. We would definitely go back next year.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was exactly as described on the website and the location is fantastic. The supermarkets, shops, cafes etc are all within easy reach. The room has all the modern amenities. We were self catering and prepared our own meals in the room so I cannot comment on the restaurants. We had the room with the sea view on the sixth floor which is what I had wanted. It was so lovely to see the sunrise every morning We would definitely come back in future and also recommend it to other's

Just returned from the Melini Hotel after having booked as such good reviews. Unfortunately not good for us. Mattresses in 2 rooms hard and lumpy with springs broken near the surface. The hotel did add mattress toppers after seing reception but only helped a little. When roof of Rockafellas is open the music is so loud and lasts from 9.45pm to 1am we could not sleep. During the day football on the outside tv also to loud, it seemed to bounce off the roof of the balcony. We were right above Rockafellas. Other than these 2 issues the staff were brilliant and food great, pool and hotel clean.

21 days at the Melini rooms spacious Air-con in bedroom and kitchen/lounge free and works well. Rooms cleaned regular towels bed linen changed twice a week belive there is an upgrade available. house keeping staff friendly and helpful beds very firm again belive a topper can be requested if want a softer feel. All in all comfortable hotel middle of the ***** for shops and bars onsite restaurant Island Affairs entertainment Rocker fellers good size pool caution is 1.5m deep no shallow end there is a child's pool sunbeds were plenty available when we arrived but scarce at end of month less you want to run the 8am dash to hell with that the sandy beaches 2 minute walk €7.50 will get you 2 beds and brolly and big beautiful med for a pool would recommend this hotel for cost and location.

Well, what a fantastic hotel! Great location a really lovely restaurant and absolutely wonderful polite and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Anna Marie is brilliant, very helpful. If you’re looking for a lovely hotel in protaras then certainly try the melini you won't be disappointed. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. Many thanks to all the staff for making our holiday such a memorable and enjoyable one, we will definitely be back.
