Zuerst zum positiven: die Lage ist sehr gut! Man ist abends sehr schnell an der Hauptstraße, bekommt vom Lärm „unten“ aber nichts mehr mit. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück bietet eine solide Basis, wer keine besonderen Ansprüche hat. Glutenfrei gibt es nicht, auch sonst gerade mal was man eben erwartet. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist aber sehr auskunftsfreudig und hilfsbereit, das hebt das ganze auch auf den zweiten Punkt. Leider wiegt das aber nicht die negativen Punkte auf: - Klimaanlage läuft nur, wenn die Karte im Zimmer steckt. Zweite Karte gibt es nicht. Dadurch wird es nahezu unerträglich heiß, bis man abends wieder in Zimmer ist - Schalldämmung gibt es nicht. Es ist sehr, sehr laut im Haus. Offensichtlich ist es mittlerweile auch normal, Türen so fest man kann zuzuknallen. Dafür kann das Hotel per se natürlich nichts, aber die dünnen Wände und die extremen Spalte der Türe lassen alles wunderbar ungefiltert ins Zimmer. - der Kühlschrank rostet schon beinahe weg, Lebensmittel würde ich keine aufbewahren! - die Matratzen sind unfassbar weich, habe ich so noch nie erlebt! - im Schrank gibt es keine Regalböden, nur eine Hängestange mit einer Handvoll Kleiderbügel. Sachen reinlegen geht also nicht. Es ist aber auch kein richtiger Platz für die Koffer, die liegen eben so im Raum (oder besser im Weg) herum… - Der winzige Föhn kann einen fast leidtun, wenn er Haare trocknen soll. Damit sollte man definitiv mehr Zeit einplanen, der braucht ein Weilchen länger als die Modelle für Erwachsene. Alles in allem wirkt alles schon abgenutzt und abgewohnt, die besten Tage sind wohl vorbei.

We had an excellent time there . The staff was very friendly, nice location, clean room and rich breakfast. Two minutes from the center of protaras. We really enjoyed it and we definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Its small hotel, and bit dated but everything was clean. One minus from cockroatshes i saw one on our bathroom. 😳 Over all good basic hotel on good location just a five minute wall from The fig tree Bay.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Location of this hotel is great. Staff are very helpful. Hotels rooms are perfect for family or single. Price are reasonable

A nice little hotel with a bar. You might say romantic. Nice personnel and good service. The service personnel is from different countries like Lithuania. Cheap drinks. Cleaning every day and breakfast from 8 am to 10 am.

Only a few minutes of walk from the main promenade with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets and also less than 10 minutes of walking to the closest beach. Location is also ideal for families with kids because there is not much noise here at night. Rooms were regularly and responsibly cleaned - also aircoditions was clean and without smelling. Breakfast and also food/snacks which we ordered in the hotel restaurant was fresh and tasty. During our stay we didn't have any problem with finding a free place/sunbed in the pool area and also space for parking a car was still available. But the staff, which are all very friendly, communicative and useful is what really sets this hotel apart from others. They provide ublievievable 5 star service thanks to which your stay will be absolutely a pleasure. Amazing combination of staff from the receptionists, barmans, waiters, or cleaners.
