Water park not opened intime for my stay I was in contact with Jet 2 two weeks prior to my stay and was repeatedly told the hotel will be ready so can’t be moved to an alternative hotel even thought I could see online it was still a building site Then was told 1 working day prior to me leaving that it won’t be fully opened and water park will still be getting built during my visit so regular noise the 7 days before the trip I called everyday and was told different things on what would be ready and what wouldn’t and getting mixed communications And by the time Jet 2 would admit the hotel isn’t ready they ran out of alternative 4* options they could move us to and only had a 3* available so where left with no alternative but stay with it Jet 2 in the uk said we would be compensated for this on arrival by speaking to the rep but on arrival the rep has told us different and we now need to complain when we get back this is after speaking hours prior to the holiday making them aware the facilities won’t be ready, looks like I have to repeat myself when I get back Other facilities like kids club Italian restaurant indoor pool spa entertaining and animation teams as wasn’t available for the majority of my holiday

Had a great time. Staff were all great, from Thomas on night duty to Sotos and Andreas working the bar. The chef was a lovely person aswell as the ladies on reception. The staff are all great. All made us feel so welcome. Will definitely return. The only downside was the repetitive food. All Al a chef lol. But all in all a great place to stay. We will be looking to stay again.

We stayed for a family holiday at the Artemis for 10 days during July, all inclusive, during a local heatwave.Turning up after midnight we were greeted with sandwiches and soft drinks. We had three apartments between us, the rooms were not fancy but had all we needed, including air conditioning at no extra charge, which was essential during our visit, as was the swimming pool. The food and drink was fine, some odd combinations sometimes but usually something for us all to enjoy, the catering staff were constantly making sure the buffet was kept refreshed. The inclusive drinks menu was comprehensive with only a minority of the more premium drinks not covered. We were lucky to have barmen Andreas and Sotos looking after us during our stay, Andreas keeping us entertained with magic tricks and puzzles, Sotos creating the new ‘fruit tingle’ cocktail for us to try and providing recommendations on places to explore. All the staff were helpful and friendly, the Hotel was closed for a couple of years during the pandemic and some of the facilities have therefore fallen into disrepair, the indoor pool and squash court for instance, so it's worth checking what facilities are currently in use as the advertising materials may not be up to date.

We had a super holiday here. We were all inclusive and this, was great value. The rooms were basic but clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good with lots of fresh salads as well as hot choices. The pool was clean and ideal for small and older children. There are parts in need of refurbishment, eg the tennis court, and the basement facilities but this did not detract from our enjoyment. We would happily stay here again.

Very nice and friendly hotel staff who always fulfill all wishes and requests. Artemis Apartments are located a 20-minute walk from the sea and the main promenade. There are many cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a bus stop near the hotel. Wi-Fi is also available in the hotel and in the room.

Chose this hotel as stayed here before. The hotel has recently reopened after closure for COVID and management are trying to re-establish the reputation. It is currently housing a lot of Ukrainian refugees which unfortunately took away the holiday experience. The hotel is quite dated. We had a one bedroom apartment which was nice. There was a fridge and cooking facilities although we were all inclusive and air conditioning in living and bedroom which was free to use. The only downside was the shower which we struggled with temperature. The pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers and parasols and the pool was clean and well maintained. The bar staff were friendly and helpful and restaurant also had plenty of room and chefs regularly checked food. Unfortunately the food was not always to our taste but that's the problem with all inclusive. The staff were so friendly and keen to stop and chat. Thomas who was night receptionist is English and always chatty and Andreas the waiter tried to help us learn some greek. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but probably won't stay here again.
