Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

At first glance, we didn't thought it was a nice hotel. We thought it was some boring hotel. But we were so wrong! The architectural design was amazing. The garden in the back of the hotel was stunning, filled to the brim with bushes, flowers and palm trees. The room we booked was amazing. The facilities were great, everything worked perfectly. The dishes served here (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were so delicious. we wish we could eat like that every day! The rocky peisage was so beautiful, we took so many pictures of it! The staff was warm and helpful. Overall, we've had a pleasant experience and we look forward into coming here next summer!

So pleased we chose this hotel, great location, delicious food, friendly staff, plenty of space and lots to do. Pool area is spacious and safe and the private beach is so peaceful and beautiful. We felt really lucky to have found this hotel - it’s perfect. My daughter and I felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We will be back!!

Are first visit to Cyprus and will not be are last this hotel is amazing every thing has been thought of to make your stay perfect from the moment you walk through the doors on arrival to the moment you have to leave we all found something to eat at every meal and if not keen on the restaurant food could eat at the pool bar till 8pm and every thing was cooked fresh drinks were all branded and lots to choose from and all inclusive plus ,staff were always happy to help or stop and have a little chat even the managers and at the weekends the owner and his family come to stay and walk around and have a chat with guests to see if you happy and have anything you need ,the hotel sits in a little cove with steps down and a slope walkway a little rocky when you enter the sea but okay once out we took beach shoes even a foot wash when you get back on hotel grounds, not much outside of the hotel but for 1 euro fifty you can go to ayia napa waterpark end of ride or for 5 euros you can get a day ticket and get on and off and stop where you want so much to see and do and lots of lovely beaches car hire is a good way to see more and you drive on the same side as England, rooms were large bed was so comfy cleaned daily we had a inland view and no balcony we did miss a balcony but only in room to sleep and change if and when we go back would happly have same type of room as sea view adds about £200 on a two week stay .pool was lovely and lots of sunbeds around and in gardens pool towels changed daily we did not use the spa as thought was over priced this is not hotel owned used spa for shower before we left to come towels given to use,only down side to hotel is not enough toilets around the hotel only set was downstairs around pool used for restaurant and bars all day more are going to be added as some improvements are on the cards,we had amazing weather it was extra hot but that was not normal for June temperature you might get in july August, miss you already Cyprus can't Walt to come back

This was my first all inclusive holiday and I cannot fault it. The hotel is spacious and clean, never saw a single piece of rubbish or dirt. The rooms are spacious, we went for a family room with a sea view which has plenty of storage and a massive bed. The rooms are air conditioned and stay cool throughout the day. The en suite was small compared to the size of the room but completely adequate for washing in, although the water pressure was a bit low (my only criticism of the entire stay!) The food options were good with either the daily buffets or the pool bar. The breakfasts were the same daily but plenty of options to mix it up. Lunch was the same but we preferred the pool bar menu that had fresh cooked food options which were well presented and decent portions. Dinner buffet was different every night and we always found enough options to keep us satisfied. Don’t expect five star quality, but it wasn’t much below that. The meze restaurant was nice and had a great atmosphere away from the pool and main restaurant. We only went for the meat selection as didn’t fancy the fish but it had good variety of dishes and all well cooked. The drinks menu is enormous with a huge selection of beers and cocktails which are all served swiftly to your table and available throughout the day. The gardens, pool and beach are superb and again spotless. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and through the gardens. We tended to stick to the gardens with a sea view which tended to be less busy but close enough to all the facilities. There’s easy access to the beach with amazing crystal clear waters and a sandy beach. There’s even a dedicated foot wash when you come back to wash the sand off your feet. The staff at the hotel are incredible, polite and make you feel welcome and keep you topped up with food and drink throughout the day. As a first experience of an all inclusive, the standard has been set very high and I’d recommend anyone visiting Cyprus to try out this hotel. It’s situated away from any of the large towns so there is no sound or light pollution to ruin your night. All in all, a relaxing stay in a perfect hotel, there’s no doubt that we would return.

We have just returned from Crystal Springs. A family group of 9, 3 generations and everyone had an absolutely fantastic week. The hotel is lovely and modern and kept spotlessly clean. We were All Inclusive plus. The food was amazing!!! From the buffet, snack bar to the A La Carte restaurant, everything was 10/10. P The premium branded alcoholic drinks were a great treat for everyone. Every member of staff always had a smile and went above and beyond for every member of our group. Special shout out to Anastasia, George, Erik, Stephen and Lana for going above and beyond. We were really appreciative of being able to use one of the hotel’s wheelchairs for my mother in law free of charge, thanks to the reception staff for organising this. We were there to celebrate my 50th birthday. The lovely guest relations lady organised a special dinner in the A La Carte restaurant with decorations and a personalised birthday cake. Thank you, thank you, thank you - looking forward to our next visit.

We spend a wonderfull week with my parents in Crystal Springs hotel. Rooms, main restaurants, beach, pool, bar all very good quality and service was great! Margerita and Blessen were wonderfull taking care of us in the main restaurant! If you stay here make sure you let yourself spoiled in Basilikos restaurant by Dona and her team, either on fish or meat evenings! The bay is just great, with sand and colorfull fish to spot in the worm water. We'll be back soon.

A gorgeous hotel, pretty gardens, absolutely spotless throughout, our room was spacious and well decorated, bathroom lovely and modern, great shower. I am very fussy but i cannot fault this hotel on anything, the staff work so hard but are never to busy to stop for a chat and a joke. UTSAV in the buffet restaurant, lovely hard working lad, so friendly. Food was very nice (we did B&Bl Lovely pretty Gardens well maintained. Never had to fight over sun beds as plenty available. The hotel is a bit out of the way of bars /restaurants but the bus stops right outside the hotel for Ayia Napa /Paralimni /Protaras for a few euros. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The staff were excellent, rooms brilliant, food excellent and even if yuh get up at midday you can get a decent sun bed. We love this hotel.

Spent an amazing week in Crystal Spring Beach hotel last month..OMG..miss that place already!!!Me and my husband will definitely come back..It kind of unique oasis. Stunning beach, beautiful garden with flowers and bushes!!! Sun-beds on a grass, swimming pool, Jacuzzi in the garden, beach bars so amazing place, spotless clean, staff very polite and friendly ..you feel like a part of a family, comfortable and relaxed All facilities - gym, tennis and volleyball courts, sauna and Spa Food was absolutely amazing..You can choose breakfast you like ( full English, European or Greek, light breakfasts, fresh fruit and much more) Basilicos restaurant was so romantic place to have traditional Cypriot Meze listening to Greek music on a background Room comfortable and clean, they do clean every day and even quick cleaning in the evening You have live music with evening meal ( guitar, piano, buozouki) and new entertainment every evening Fantastic holiday!!! Thank you very much to the owner,his management and all the team!!!
