Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στον κεντρικό δρόμο του Πρωτάρα μόλις λίγα μέτρα αποσταση απο την παραλία του fig tree. Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και καθαρά, το πρόγευμα πλούσιο και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό. Θα ξανά επέλεγα το ξενοδοχείο σίγουρα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

This is a hidden gem fantastic hotel so good in fact we are booked again for may and bringing mum dad daughter and boyfriend, see you all soon ,would try for a 3rd floor room this year because they have great sea view , breakfast and evening meal all good and lovely pool area

Highly reccomend this hotel - it’s amazing! Have just left after staying for a week and the staff were incredible and really friendly. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are great. We were pleased to have been upgraded to a suite room which was huge. It was separate to the hotel and had a maisonette bed which was so comfy. Air con worked a treat too! The safe was free as well as the wifi which was great. The pool area was fab and we had absolutely no trouble getting a sun-bed at any point of the day - plenty to spare. The pool bar was a little expensive though but we went across the road to the supermarket for snacks etc and ate them at the pool which was also fine. It was also great that you can get pool towels - you just can’t take them to the beach and you can only swap after every 2/3 days. Location wise it’s perfect! At the quieter end of the ***** with a bus stop right outside that takes you to Ayia Napa for €1.50 each (one way) but don’t make the same mistake we did - it’s cash only!! Else you’ll be paying a hefty €30 to get back via taxi. It’s also a less than 2 minute walk to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach but another heads up - get there before 8:30am if you wish to reserve sunbeds (they are €7.50 for 2x sunbeds and an umbrella). The rooms were spotless, breakfast was great with plenty of options and the staff welcomed us everyday. Great facilities to shower and change before flight - also a secure room to leave belongings. Check out was at 12pm too which was good. I highly reccomend the REVO revolving cocktail bar too as that is at the top of the hotel. We only went for 1 drink as it’s quite pricey but good with the 10% discount you get for being at the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would highly reccomend to anyone! Thank you Room 007

First time in this hotel, it’s a new construction. I know the area well and decided a new venue was needed and this was it. Hotel is clean and sharp, rooms are very comfortable with a super air conditioning unit included. Bathrooms are all you need with a walk in shower with multiple outlets, wash basin and Wc. Towels are complimentary and changed everyday ( think the housekeeping fairies are daily too ‍♂️). Exterior pool is 1.4 metres end to end depth and roughly 15/20 metres length by 4/5 metre wide ( no I didn’t measure it’s a rough size). Warm water too. Rinse off showers are also outside. A heads up though the tiles get extremely hot during the day so have your sandals close by and they are also slippery so take your time and no running. Hospitality is super all the staff were warm and friendly even when some of the hotels guests were not! The bar are is relaxed and of course Greek measures! Well I wouldn’t settle for less , food is in abundance but I would say slightly limited from a larger hotel but all good. I did notice that the hotel has a metal shallow ramp into its entrance plus the same going out to the pool area so if you are a wheelchair user your covered. I did see a Wc suite in the basement which was kitted out with grab handles etc like Uk standard. ( don’t know if they cater for a wheelchair user suite?) The basement Wc is accessible via a lift in the hotel reception ( this will also take you to upper levels. I noticed that there was no hoist or lift aid to get in or out of the pool. I had a front/ Mountain View room and although the ***** is lively it did quiet down around 1230 and it didn’t impair my sleep. Balcony was dual aspect ( front and side). There is a Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel where you receive 10 percent discount, plus on top of the hotel is a party cocktail bar with revolving floor, this I enjoyed for its theme, novelty, and it gave me a high vantage point for photos etc, again a discount is given if staying in the plaza. The main bus stop is right outside the hotel which is a bonus! It’s a thumbs up from me

Hotel really modern and clean. We had a great view from our balcony as it was on a corner which meant we had a sea and inland view. We even saw the moon rise over the sea from our balcony which was amazing. Bed was comfy, hairdryer was in the main room. The safe was free . The space in the dining room needs to be a bit bigger especially at breakfast when getting drinks. We are vegetarians and we’re half board so struggled at the evening meal as there weren’t many vegetarian options. We only used the pool from about 3:00 pm . When I went for a swim I found the water to be really cold, could only do a few lengths then had to come out to warm up, also the sun beds were very close to each other not a lot of room for manoeuvre. The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes to fig tree bay and on the ***** at the quieter end. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which makes it easy to get around and when booking any excursions. Staff were lovely especially Nina on reception.
