Excellent hotel especially for families. We last stayed at this hotel 11 years ago when it was caked the Brilliant Apartments which did not have the AI option now available. Our stay was great with only a couple of low points the first is not the hotel’s fault. The pool had to be closed on 3 consecutive days as children had poo’d in the pool why parents can’t put swim nappies etc on children not toilet trained is beyond me . The other being the night time entertainment which really wasn’t very good. The hotel is very clean, the staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The dine around option is great but you have to book these as soon as you get there to get the times etc you want (no hardship). Breakfast selection very good and the options in the main onsite restaurant were limited but always a variety of choice. The sunbed allocation was great although the beds are very close and I wouldn’t like to be there during school holidays bet it’s very claustrophobic and noisy and you may not get beds together or where you want them. The Waterpark is great as is the children’s pool and are separated from each other and clearly signed. The toilets are down steep stairs which can be very slippery during the day but don’t think much can be done about this. Brilliant location, minutes walk from the beach and main *****, the latter having a good variety of bars, restaurants and entertainment. We went out every night for the entertainment which did add to the cost of the holiday but if you are there with young children etc you probably wouldn’t need/want to do this. Overall a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here.

It's such a shame that this is rated as a 4*. We've been travelling for years and never have we had bad holiday until arriving at the Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark. The food is terrible every day it looks the same pizza and pasta, lunch and dinner. They will cook a joint of the chosen meet serves a family of 8 maximum and when that is gone it gets replaced with pizza no more meet, when they cook fish they cook a fish again serves a family of 8 maximum when that's gone it gets replaced with pizza, this goes on every night. Staff rude. Entertainment crap. If I could rate zero I would.

Overall, a brilliant hotel and we had a great stay and our first in Protarus. For us, we had a 17 and 10 year old. The pools and slides were great, although main pool was freezing.. it was ok when in. I swam in the adult pool too, without reserving a sunbed. We had sun beds in the grassed area which has sun until around 3:30pm October. The ones at the back left corner facing hotel had sun the longest. Our bean bags were taken a couple of times if we weren’t down straightaway, but the staff told us to get any others empty - fair enough. The entertainment was very mixed for us, couple of times the kids activities didn’t happen, there wasn’t always music round the pool but the days with the sax and violin were nice and chilled. Tried the nighttime once, sorry, but the male singer was laughable and really bad!.. we didn’t stay in for the rest. The dine out option was perfect for us as a family and offered the variety away from the hotel we needed. All the restaurants we booked were amazing! We found the lunch buffet and pool bar food brilliant. The evening, often I found it cold and a bland choice compared to the fresh day time. All the staff were friendly. Drinks nice and strong and in plastic or glass.. hate being served drinks in paper cups on holiday :-) We had room 407, limited sea view. Overlooking lidl was entertaining and plenty going’s on! :-) We are considering returning if we can find a good deal. Cost 4.4K for a week!

What they do is great. First time in hotel as we could not get our preferred. Rooms amazing. Food was great. Allocated sun beds. Just a couple of negatives but by far outweighed by positives. Food in a small area was amazingly delivered. Cleaning was good. Receptionist great. Towel and pool guy was just amazing. Well informed and helpful

Absolutely wonderful hotel!!! One of the best I ever been in! The hotel location is amazing, the service was amazing!! Can't understand how this hotel isn't considered a 5 star hotel! We were 27 people, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. We will be coming back to this hotel for sure! There aren't enough words to say how much we enjoyed.

Great hotel for families and kids!!! Love the kids club especially Dorka!! She was amazing! Great mini disco great food and lovely people!! Again loved Dorka! Best lady!!! Big rooms very clean great pool lovely bar Very close to everything you would need!

Great hotel for family with kids Kids club was great the staff is amazing especially Dorka she also did the mini disco. The pool is amazing the food and staff is really nice. Dorka from the kids club was the best! Rooms are nice and big lots of space

Excellent hotel, All inclusive, excellent cocktails, delicious food, frech pizza in the oven every meal, pasta made on the spot, reserved sun bed in the pool throughout the vacation, a coupon for a meal at a restaurant in town, a kids' club with lovely staff. Lots of activities for children, lots of slides in the pool. Highly recommended for families.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and water park, which my family loved. However, while the pool was great, it was very cold and not heated, which was a bit of a downside. The food was good, and the service was generous and attentive throughout our visit. The room was large, well-equipped, and comfortable, though it felt quite dated and could really use a refurbishment. The real highlight of our trip was the entertainment team and kids club. Dorka and Zsolt were incredible with their energy and dedication. My son absolutely loved the mini disco, and it quickly became the highlight of his trip. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the kids had a fantastic time. Overall, a wonderful experience!
