Il nome si adatta perfettamente al ritiro ...esclused retrato lontano da tutto. Ascoltate la foresta piovana, notte e giorno, e godetevi i bellissimi dintorni. Siamo rimasti a Bamboo, e era pulito, grande mobili e attrezzatura, e avevamo tutto quello che ci serviva per le nostre 3 notti. Il tubo all'aperto era fantastico, doccia grande, letto confortevole (anche sul lato morbido) e le opzioni media/TV con bar sono state grandi quando si ferma fuori. Piscina è pulita con frigorifero con bevande (pagato per prendere) libri, maghi e altro ancora. L'unico punto di svolta è che non parcheggiate davanti alla vostra unità.Parchetevi su una collina rigida e prendete un giro se la organizzate con i proprietari. I proprietari erano grandi e molto reattivi, anche se avete bisogno di un ascensore nel carro per andare alla vostra auto. Molto consigliato per un soggiorno privato, segreto e bello nelle foreste tropicali di Queensland.

La camera era così vecchia, il letto era così duro che potevi dormire sul pavimento, la camera era così piccola con il letto e un letto in esso; il cibo era molto costoso, sembrava molto bello dall’esterno, ma non rimarrà mai più qui. Aveva dovuto restare un'altra notte, ma hanno messo il prezzo così avventato sul bowling e hanno trovato un bel motel con una camera più grande e un letto migliore, e il proprietario del posto si è allontanato dalla sua strada per aiutare, Userò questo posto chiamato Bluewater Harbour Motel. Molto più economico anche.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights whilst exploring the Whitsundays. The location was fantastic with the Whitsundays shopping centre just next door with a good range of eateries, a liquor store and a large supermarket. We were also very close to where our tour started (20mins walk or 4minute drive). The cabin itself was comfortable and spacious with good facilities. Unfortunately we found the wifi to be poor at certain times of day.

Il Mirage è un hotel magnifico con camere moderne e vista incantevole. Ci siamo trasferiti in un appartamento di due camere (camera 53) che ha vista sul mare e sulla piscina. L'appartamento era spazioso e disponeva di tutte le attrazioni. È un camion a 5 minuti per arrivare alla principale ****** in Airlie Beach che costa $10 ogni volta. L'hotel offre anche una navetta gratuita alle 10:30 e alle 2:30 pm ogni giorno che è stato conveniente. Ora per passare gli aspetti non così grandi dell'hotel. La spalla nella camera 53 è tinita, sporca e ho dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di venire al vuoto quando sono arrivato perché non volevo che il mio bambino sbagli su di essa. Anche con il vuoto era ancora disgustoso. La spalla deve andare! Le teste del letto devono essere sostituite, perché il materiale è fiocchiato e si trova in tutto il letto. Le scherme di doccia non sono state pulite del tutto. È necessario migliorare il livello di pulizia. Il colazione è piuttosto medio, la presentazione, la qualità e la varietà devono essere migliorati. La linea di vestiti portatili nella nostra lavanderia era vecchia e rotta, doveva essere gettata fuori e non offerta agli ospiti in tale stato. In generale abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno.

Grande sito - inizialmente prenotato per 2 notti ma esteso a 3. Camp grande e ben stoccato cucina. BBQ fuori ordine ma abbondante anelli da cucina e pannolini. Molti bagni e docce, molto pulito. Godendo la piscina e lounge. Caffè van ogni mattina e bagno a caldo a sera (pizza e Thai durante il nostro soggiorno). Lavanderia grandi e centrali linee di asciugatura. Bar al contrario. 15 minuti a piedi di collina al terminal di ferry aereo (consigliare la visita di giorno dell'isola di Hamilton), 20 minuti a Marina negozi e ristoranti e 25 minuti a città. Aderire al club dei membri dell'Airlie Beach Hotel (al bar - è gratuito) e un autobus di shuttle è in servizio tutto il giorno per riportarvi al sito.

Magnums has been the backpacker hangout in Airlie Beach for thirty years. A great open pub (Beer Garden) facing the street, live music every day, a wide, typically Australian range of drinks at the bar. Airlie Beach has long since ceased to be a pure backpacker destination. Hotels, shopping streets and arcades, many new restaurants, bars and pubs have turned Airlie Beach into a small ”city”. The Magnums is really right in the middle, from here everything is easily accessible on foot. Thanks to the Magnums, the backpacker groove hasn't completely disappeared. Magnums offers accommodation in many varieties! In addition to double rooms with shared bathrooms, I would particularly like to mention the cabin we booked with a ensuite bathroom, toilet. AC and a fridge. The cabins are spacious, almost 30 square meters, have a small terrace and are distributed in the small ”palm jungle” in which all accommodations of the Magnum are hidden. A large kitchen complex is available for the residents of the Magnum (adults only!), which is equipped with everything (cooking stoves, toaster, refrigerators, dining areas, etc.). Dining tables are in front of the kitchen complex and others are scattered throughout the complex. Barbecue areas with dining tables are also distributed throughout the complex. It is charming that there is always a bench or a hammock hidden under the palm trees, where the guests can retreat with a book or the cellphone (the whole complex is very well connected with WiFi). Anyone who can do without the luxury of a five-star facility will be very happy at Magnums. The extremely friendly staff at reception, at the bar and in room service (every 4 days for longer stays) cannot be praised enough. We were looked after excellently and comfortably at reception by Maria. She answered all of our questions, made the bookings for our excursions, ordered the shuttle bus to the airport when we left and fulfilled our every wish during our 14-day stay. A big compliment to her in particular! Rundum alles Super! Magnums war schon vor dreissig Jahren der Treffpunkt der Backpacker in Airlie Beach. Ein tolles offenes Pub (Beer Garden) zur Strasse hin, täglich Livemusik, eine breite, typisch australische Getränkepalette an der Bar. Airlie Beach ist schon längst keine reine Backpacker Destination mehr. Hotels, Ladenstrassen und Passagen, viele neue Restaurants, Bars und Pubs haben Airlie Beach zu einer kleinen „Stadt“ werden lassen. Das Magnums liegt wirklich mitten drin, von hier ist alles fussläufig leicht erreichbar. Dank dem Magnums ist der Backpacker-Groove noch nicht ganz verschwunden. Magnums bietet Unterkünfte in vielen Varianten an! Neben Doppelzimmern mit geteilten Badezimmern erwähne ich speziell die von uns gebuchte Cabin mit eigenem Bad, AC und WC soiwe einem Kühlschrank. Die Cabins sind grosszügig, fast 30 Quadratmeter gross, haben eine kleine Terrasse und sind im kleinen „Palmen-Urwald“ in dem alle Unterkünfte des Magnums versteckt sind, verteilt.

I stayed at the Boathouse Apartments with my husband and 15 month old son after my son was quite sick on Hamilton island and unable to fly home. As there was no accommodation on Hamilton island I called up a few different places and settled on the Boathouse Apartments. I called ahead of time to see if we could check in early so my son could nap after the journey across. The reception staff were quite friendly and did try to get us in quickly however when we got to the room there was a rollaway bed instead of a cot. We left the room and came back to a cot being dumped in the apartment and not set up at all (not a big issue but also not what I’d expect paying the price for premium accommodation). The following morning I received a text that they had to do maintenance in our apartment for roughly 2 hours (I was never advised of this even though I called twice, told them I had a sick child and booked over the phone). We had staff knock on the door twice throughout the day to see when they could do it. First when we had a screaming child we were trying to give antibiotics too and secondly when we were trying to get him down for a nap (again when he was very distressed). We ended up having to leave and sit in a room after an unsuccessful nap with a toddler who had a high fever, ear infection and a rash. I’d also been trying to book a Telehealth appointment to have my son assessed but this was made difficult due to the fact we had to leave the room. One of the reasons I booked was due to the washer/dryer, we had no clothes left so I did a wash upon arrival. I ran the dryer multiple times that evening and kept finding sopping wet clothes at the end of every cycle which was really frustrating. On the following day we asked about the dryer and were advised that they don’t work very well and that the only apartments that had dryers were occupied. Because of this we were forced to wear the same clothes for 3 days straight. Not great for a messy/sick toddler.. We eventually were able to get our clothes dried and received them around 5pm the night before checking out. While I do appreciate the staff for doing so, it wasn’t very helpful at that point. The whole experience was really awful. Travelling with a sick child is hard enough let alone having that added stress. I am pretty annoyed that no one advised us of the works needing to occur during our stay and the fact that a dryer is falsely advertised. I never would have booked if I had known either of these things ahead of time and I feel fairly ripped off for the money we paid given it wasn’t exactly for a holiday..

excellent hotel, highly recommend location is at the main street, and close to the wharf room is spacious, clean and fully equipped it's own restaurant is the best part, order a main course and you can enjoy the buffet of high quality appetizer and dessert. the atmosphere is also fantastique, live music is available

My husband and I booked a Deluxe King Spa Room for 5 nights, 6 days including continental breakfast. Overall we were happy with our stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean, the pool area was lovely. Only small complaints are that the pillows were not very comfortable and the bathroom needs updating, the water pressure in the shower was very bad. The restaurant in the resort was lovely for our daily breakfasts but very expensive. If you wanted hot food for breakfast you had to pay for it and the price of $5 for a hash brown, $5 for bacon and $3 for a poached egg was exuberant. We realised that the inclusive continental breakfast did not include hot breakfast foods. The choice of other breakfast foods was ok. I, personally would like to give a shout out to Christina at reception for looking after me when I needed a special favour 😊.

Absolutely beautiful park surrounded by lush tropical plants, but it is located next door to the Whitsunday Airport, where small planes & helicopters flew in and out all day long to the islands starting at 5.30am. The park is not central to the Main Street of Airlie Beach with a good 10- 12 mins drive from the Main Street of Airlie Beach, but it is very close to Shute Harbor, where many sea tours departed. Also, amenities need updated to compete with other caravan parks (1) Ladies' showers only 2/6 had a shelf to put one's items on, and although hooks were available, some were very loose. The shower cubicles with shelves were always in demand. (2) laundry has 4 washing machines, but on Monday morning, only one was operating.
