I went there for a coffe in the morning. Horrible experience - not welcoming, unfriendly service, long waiting time, dirty restroom - waste of 30min of my life for a lukewarm coffee. They do not accept card below 10 euros either. It spoiled a otherwise nice visit of the chiemsee.

Die Kinder hatten 2 Spaghetti-Eis und wir Espressi. Das Spaghetti-Eis bestand fast ausschließlich aus Sahne und war schon fast zerlaufen. Dafür waren die Espressi eher kühl. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder.

Beim Westernacher handelt es sich um ein Ausflugslokal an der Seepromenade in Prien. Das Personal war aufmerksam und insgesamt einigermaßen freundlich. Leider wurden die Gerichte ziemlich zeitversetzt serviert. Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker und mit dünnem Boden. Der Spanferkelbraten und die Gnocchi mit Pfifferlingen schmeckten ausgezeichnet, waren von der Portionsgröße her gesehen aber sicherlich ausbaufähig. Die Speisekarte ist vom Schwerpunkt auf Pizzen ausgerichtet, bietet jedoch etwas für jeden Geschmack und bleibt trotzdem überschaubar. Im Bereich Sauberkeit besteht ein gewisser Optimierungsbedarf bei der Entfernung von Insekten. Insgesamt aber ein ganz angenehmer Aufenthalt und daher eine stabile 4.

Pizza-lecker! Kaffee-lecker! Wollten schon mit 5 Punkten bewerten, jedoch zum Schluss bei der Abrechnung hat der Kellner ein Euro mehr verlangt:( Kleine Verarsche, aber trotzdem war unangenehm... Damit 2 Punkte weg.

Wir haben einen Kaffee getrunken, der sehr wässrig war. Wir haben das angesprochen und die Antwort war nur, der Mahlgrad sei halt so eingestellt. Man muss dazu sagen, es gibt dort eine eigene Kaffeerösterei (Schiller Kaffeerösterei). Die sollten also in der Lage sein, einen vernünftigen Kaffee zu machen. Das Spaghettieis und der Coppa Croccante waren mittelmäßig. Wir haben schon besseres Eis gegessen. Leider erfüllt dieses Lokal das Klischee einer Touristenabzocke in einem ansonsten schönen Urlaubsort am Chiemsee. Vielleicht ist das Essen im Restaurant besser. Wir haben es nach dieser Erfahrung nicht probiert.
