We arrived 6/2/2024 for four nights. Assigned rooms by Leger Holidays UK. Rooms were three star, nothing great, some issues, no hot water/doors to bathroom too narrow etc Evening meals 3/4 were disgusting, soup was just taste of suit, pumpkin suit looked disgusting, and other soup was indiscernible. Chicken main had the look and consistency of a plastic chicken. Many returned. Staff were abrupt and rude, and I don’t think Leger had fully better/researched this hotel. Food should be given to representative as same as Guests-not different. My stay was further spoiled by a reception staff DEMANDING MENACINGLY they I pay for water that had been paid by guest in Room 106. Where did this money eventually disappear, he paid it at the table. So much for German efficiency, German rudeness, German incompetence. The holiday was made further worse by the incompetence of Dining staff allowing locals to use our tables, which led to arguments, and unnecessary unfriendliness, caused by your incompetent staff. You should reprimand your rude reception staff for false impugnment of my character, and teach the hospitality. This was not helped by Leger Staff drivers not looking after the customer interests, we were guests Breakfasts were adequate.
