Six Senses Krabey Island

Not worth it! The stuff is really amazing and helpful, however the place is not worth visiting. The nature, beach and activities are below average and do not match the luxury price the resort is charging. It is also near to a kinda port so you will see cargo ships passing near the island. You can see rubbish floating in the water around the island as well. The food is also average and overpriced. A papaya salad cost 20USD. For comparison it worth 2.50USD on the mainland. Another example, the resort car service ask 90USD for 30km ride. For comparison, the taxi from Phnom Penh to Angkor Wat with a distance of 320km worth 80USD. On my personal opinion, there is noting much to see and do on the island, and definitely nothing that justify the price.

這是我們第一次選擇“六善”，沒想到是在西哈努克，當時本想住在高龍島，但是我想住的酒店當時沒有房間。不知道怎麼就找到了“六善”，預算確實超出很多，但是在網上看了很多評價，真的是“心動”，事實證明“不虛此行”。 我認為一定級別的酒店，顧客更多的是為了地理位置和服務買單，而房間本身衹佔了很小的一部分。六善一酒店一座島吸引了我，從西哈努克機場無縫銜接的流程，酒店接機，坐船，酒店GEM迎接，介紹房間，添加微信交流都很順利，有什麼需求基本都可以得到滿足，而且秒回覆。接待我們的是美麗温柔的“蘭春”，耐心回答我的問題，並且每天晚上的晚餐都會提前幫我們預訂位置。 島上活動挺多的，水上活動包括浮潛，皮划艇都是免費的，包括使用設備都免費。除此之外，我們去出島go fishing，釣了十幾條魚，其中一條野生石斑，請餐廳廚師幫忙處理，肉質確實鮮嫩。 每天的晚餐種類不太相同，有的時候餐廳也不一樣。我個人比較喜歡tree restaurant. 第一天的食材和味道都很驚艷，我們四個人吃的很滿足。飯後每人還有甜點，又精美又好吃。早餐種類也很豐富，除了餐廳擺放的，還可以單點，我們每天都能吃到可口的粥，叉燒飯，米線，pancake,omolet等等，中西合璧，總之餐飲很豐富，味道在線。 酒店很原生態，而且環保。我們住了三天，沒有發現一件塑料製品。酒店的general manager入住的時候仔細幫我們介紹酒店情況，退房的時候還仔細聽取我們的反饋，感覺到很真誠。我在微信上溝通的“孟超”經理，也給我介紹了酒店的很多訊息，雖然沒能通過他預訂，但是我能最後選擇“六善”，跟他有很大的關係，在酒店能當面溝通，也很高興。 總之，krabey island 六善，是我們生命中難忘的一段經歷。感謝酒店所有人，希望有緣再見。中國人對西哈努克有些“固有”的印象，很大程度上成為入住的障礙，我想酒店如果能把這個障礙去除，會有更多的中國人選擇。另外，希望能增加更多會中文的GEM。餐飲選擇上越少越好，越直接越好。

酒店的服務很好，因為衣服忘記在酒店，酒店人員都很熱心幫忙解決，後面更改寄送地址和方式也能超級理解和支持我們.

We had a lovely experience at the resort, we didn’t get a chance to get bored with all the activities. We did the kayaking, wich was ok, not blooming, if you expect to kayak on cristal waters it’s not the case, we didn’t get the chance too see any wild life or birds, but we got the chance to exercise a bit, same with the hiking, but we got a little bit of the jungle feeling. We really enjoyed the spice trail, it’s where we got the chance to get to see the real life of the cambodgian people, the country side was really nice. All the services at the resort were wonderful, relaxing, I feel what’s missing is the beach. You connot enjoy a good swim, snorkeling, or actually any of the water sportsc because of the rocks, corals, waves, cureents, I feel it’s a pitty to go on an Island in the middle of the ocean and not be able to take a good swim or to cool yourself a bit in the salty waters. Service was wonderful, Namchhun Nam overdid herself , delighted us with small presents each day, was very careful with us, her and her colleagues as well, Summer and February. Also the Ayurvedic diagnosis and the meditations were a unique and wonderful experience. We would love to join again someday.

Our experience here is a memory I will never forget! The customer service was AMAZING and 100% worth my money. It was luxurious but they are eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable. I could tell they really cared about CSR. Our GEM, Kumpheak, went above and beyond accommodations. She was able to help us get rides around they island, give activity recommendations based on our interests and personalized our experience. It was easy to communicate; especially with her quick responses. I really appreciated that. Again, I can’t emphasize enough how great the customer service was. Every staff, from the driver to the server to the masseuse — everyone was fantastic! I absolutely love it here and will definitely come back!

Once we were whisked away from the airport for a comfortable 2 hour ride to the jetty and a short boat ride to the island, we received a very warm welcome and our GEM Bong Anna ensured that all the activities we wanted to do were booked. A very special shoutout to Bong Liliana and her team for the excellent delicious food and also taking care of my special dietary requirements! You really took great care and it is much appreciated! All F&B staff were ready to serve with a warm smile and the Spa sessions were simply so relaxing, that we should have had them earlier. Bong Abhijith’s wellness screening was insightful! The surroundings and the villa were of course stunning and though we came during the low season when it was mainly raining, but that didn’t affect our moods and found the sound of the rain simply relaxing. In the end it’s the people from every department who made this place special, especially when exchanging views or just saying Chum Reap Sur! Thank you to All and wish you all the best!

My wife and I had the most wonderful time at the six senses on Krabey island. From the pick up at the airport, the ferry across to the island, the villa, spa, fitness center, food, and the service, everything was exceptional. We loved the food so much, and our villa was beautifully secluded. The staff are awesome, and so friendly. We felt very much at home and relaxed during our honeymoon and did not want to leave. We hope to be back one day soon!

Six Senses Krabey Island is like something out of a dream. The beautiful scenery, top-tier spa experience, delightful private villa, amazing food and drinks, and the phenomenal staff make this place of my most favorite destinations. Upon arrival by boat, we were greeted by our host, Navy, who would be available at ANY time, just a text away to answer any questions, make recommendations, or even just arrange for a ride from the villa. We didn’t often need his assistance, but when we did, he was right there. The staff in general at Six Senses Krabey Island is like nothing I ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly, happy to greet you, and really seems to take interest in your experience and you as a person. Vibol, the front office manager, went out of his way to always come say hello and ask how we were. Getting to know him over our few days there was easily one of the reasons that our stay was so amazing. Mony served us many times, at different locations, and always remembered our preferences, and made the best recommendations we could ask for. During our stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the Food and Beverage Manager and had some great conversation discussing his experiences and background. However, the first thing I did was compliment him on the food and drink selection. If you want local flavors, they have it. If you just want some comfort food, you can get a handmade pizza on their fresh made sourdough crust (we had that more than once). If you want fresh fish, caught that day around the island, it’s available! We got a salt-crusted sea bass and it was the best fish I’ve ever eaten. To top it all off, you can even get house-made ice cream, available every day. We were only here for 3 days and if we were to do it again, we would stay at least 7-10, to really get everything the resort has to offer. When it was time to leave, we were so sad, not because it was time to go home, but because we were leaving behind paradise and the new friends we had made. As our boat pulled away, the staff was standing at the pier waving us off, sealing the envelope on what would become one of the greatest experiences of our lives. If you are looking for the most relaxing experience, amazing food and drink, top quality spa experiences, and an incredible staff that makes you feel at home, this is the place for you.

I went to the resort for my honeymoon celebration with my wife. Was accommodated by super friendly staff named Ms. Kumpheak. She was always by our side to help and gave us what we need anytime. We got excellent service and had a great time there. More than words could described.
