IKhaya LamaDube Game Lodge

We got to enjoy the hideaway cottage at Ikhaya Lamadube. The setup is very beautiful and private. The hosts were very welcoming and very friendly. The kitchen was very well equipped and we got to enjoy a lot of activities on the game reserve. On our last day, we got to know why it’s called ikhaya lamadube as we were greeted by a herd of zebra’s near the property.

The villa was wonderful, clean. The staff were friendly and really meticulous when cleaning. The villa's location was near a waterhole and salt lick - which led to attracting zebra, wildebeest and giraffes. The roads are not made for small cars but it's off-road so I guess this is implied..

Great breakaway from the rush just peace and quiet to recharger the soul. quietness' just what we needed. Site seeing done loved the animals that we saw. Will recommend this place to anybody that wants to get away from the rush.

Place was clean , well equipped , staff was friendly (Phillip and Cynthia were helpful)we will definitely love to go back small heaven with an amazing view refreshing Thank you

My husband and I had an awesome time at Ikhaya LamaDube Game Lodge. The peace and the view was was exactly what we had hoped for and more. The Log Cottage was perfect and romantic for us. We even had a cute little bush baby staying in the roof of the cottage. We saw him go out and come in everyday (awesome). Already planning our next visit. Our anniversary is on the 14th February (on Valentine's Day).Thanks to you Tienie and your staff for making our stay special. See you soon.

My husband and I always enjoy our stay at iKhaya LamaDube Game Lodge. The only setback this time was due to Eskom outage for an entire day and a half. No fault of the lodge. We did however have an awesome stay and will be back again. Thank you, Gerd, Tienie and staff.

We chose Ikaya Lamadube Game Lodge to experience the true essence of the bush, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Our accommodation was exclusive with a private splash pool and boma, providing us with a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The natural beauty of the surroundings and the opportunity to see the big five truly immersed us in the bush experience. What set Ikaya Lamadube Game Lodge apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were warm, helpful and professional from the moment we arrived. Their commitment to assisting us with amenities and providing guidance created a welcoming atmosphere around the camp. A great experience for a couple seeking a romantic get away not to far from the city yet enough that you can let go and relax, The rooms are very well kept and spacious , it has all that's needed for self catering and the staff provide an excellent service.

Ikhaya LamaDube is a wonderful game lodge which has great service and a good atmosphere. We chose the place as it promised to be quite . We had a wonderful time with the host very helpful and knowledgable of the current news. The place was better than the pictures with really large room very comfortable, the wifi was a plus too and no problems with electricity. We had a wonderful poolside view and we were surrounded by nature. The game drive was also amazing.In summary, we enjoyed our stay and wish we stayed longer. The place is wonderfully peaceful. I will definitely go again!
