from start to finish we were made to feel welcome. What has to be understood was that this was the week of the Liverpool football club parade and we could tell that this occasion had very suddenly full capacity by unpredicted last-minute bookings. But you would never have known by how all the staff digging in worked well together and did duties that we knew from the day before wasn’t in their job descriptions. Text retail management that teamwork was a delight to see. The hotel was still quiet. The hotel was still maintained in its pristine condition and stuff still had smiles on their face. On the busiest breakfast morning that one chef (couldn’t help myself had to inquire!) kept up with the breakfast replenishment and the small breakfast room was maintained and cleared and tidy efficiently. Thank you so much for such a lovely holiday experience.

We were greeted by Ismail and lavina we had some issues getting in our room we had checked in with the machine and the issue was sorted very rapidly they took note of the overtime toddler trying to sleep on the floor and even offered to come up and ensure we got into our room with no problem when we went down to breakfast the kitchen staff were exceptionally friendly hardworking nothing was too much it appears that the kitchen stuff and the front of of house staff and kichen team worked seamlessly together on the final day we will once again greeted by Ismail who sings I have all the time in the world for ever customer he gave us vsthe choice in where we could sit which is always helpful with an autistic child can you took the time to greet our children as individuals and take an interest in what they had to say which really made our whole holiday thanks again
