這酒店真是偏僻呀，方圓幾裏沒有任何商業，就一個大農場，稀稀疏疏住着幾家人，手機沒有信號。住這裏後悔死了。

We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years. We were really surprised to see how poorly it’s been being cared for lately, it used to be really nicely let and reasonably priced. It’s Still reasonably priced but really showing wear and tear, not being kept as clean, stained and worn furnishings, bed was sunken in the middle so we rolled into each other, and so many “Out of Order” signs everywhere, lobby bathroom, at least two ice machines, soda machine, and high priced snacks/drinks at lobby counter. Wyndham needs to do a lot of rehab on so many of their properties that we’ve visited.

In the past this motel was a rare hidden & affordable lodging secret in the Deep Creek Lake area. No more. STAY AWAY!!! The owners (Wyndam/Microtel) have allowed this property to decay so badly that I NEVER will stay here again. Mold, peeling ceilings & malfunctioning exhaust fans in the bathrooms, stained furniture, lights missing in the hallways, no working ice or soda machines, a malfunctioning lobby bathroom, iffy staffing of the front desk or answering the phone …. you get the picture. It’s really sad. This used to be my “go to” place when visiting the area. Now -- I wouldn’t wish a night at this property on anybody.

I have stayed in this establishment several times but never experienced what I am experiencing now. The counters have food and dried water stains from a previous stay. The bath tub is full of hair. Bathroom floor has hair on it. Spoke to the female receptionist which is always very nice, but after traveling 10 hours, I did not expect to come in to my home away from home cleaning house. (Brought my own cleaning supplies inside after discovering this) The pillows are just thrown on the bed not in any uniformed way. Also stated due to a storm the day before, there is no connection to the tv. There is thick dust on the area the tv rest onI really don’t feel the room was properly cleaned and I feel uncomfortable and violated due to uncleanliness. Never experienced this before.

Awful. Bed linens were stained. Property could not provide enough clean towels for all guests. Would not stay here again

This was the WORST experience ever!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! They have (Marcus) ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE CAPABILITIES!! No towels.. no toilet paper!.. said they don't have any!!! WHAT?!! We stayed for two days! Multiple rooms !!.. one of which flooded! Not able to shower or use toilet! Said they would switch rooms.. DIDNT HAPPEN!!! Marcus decided to drop the F bomb while we were trying to be respectful! NEVER AGAIN! Management was of NO HELP AS WELL !!! Give respect when we get it!! Also match energy when disrespected again... DO NOT STAY HERE!! You have been warned!! TERRIBLE PLACE! Really dirty rooms too!!

Bare bones, one towel, musty smell in rooms, curry smell on elevator. When you call the front desk from the room , no answer. Carpets are dirty, we will see how the breakfast is in the morning, hopes aren’t high. Not the visit we we’re hoping no for.

As other reviewers have said the furniture was dated, damaged and missing in our rooms, the floor felt damp, the curtains were fulling off the rods, the bathroom floors were dirty/moldy, the landscaping outside the hotel was non-existent, zero curb appeal. Everything was overgrown - plants and weeds, there was trash laying in the parking lot and the trashcans outside the hotel were over-flowing. The lady at the front desk was new and alone and struggling to check people in. I went down and got a bottle of water and a snack and she couldn't figure out how to charge me for that and let me have it free. I went back in the morning to pay and the girl at the counter thanked me for my honesty and told me not to worry about it. BUT, the charge was on the receipt.
