Great Old time hotel pub and grub. Rooms are kind of small & bathroom is tiny. The site is perfect for any downtown trips and/or shopping. The dinner was great but a little pricey. Great atmosphere and the staff was spot on every time. 👏

Beautiful historic hotel. Quite noisy as old hotels did not have much soundproofing and AC very loud. Really cool old elevator. A close walk to downtown-very convenient. Whiskey River bar was very friendly and had live music. Lone Spur Cafe not so good. Dinner Bell Cafe very good for breakfast. Great place to stay.

The hotel was wonderful and such a unique place. The hotel staff were wonderful and cater to any needs that we had. Everyone was very friendly variety of restaurants and shops were within walking distance. This was an ideal stay for a relaxing weekend with a bit of a nightlife close by.

Bathroom had been partially redone, but the wall behind the toilet was crumbling. The entire property looks like it's under renovation, so worth taking another chance on. Was cheaper than everything else, which was our main concern. Safe, middle of town area, and convenient.

I get it's a historic building, but rooms should not be extremely worn out and out-dated. All night, I could hear the wood sqeeking from the people above us. Areas of the floor would sqeek. Bathroom conditions are poor. The bathroom door did not shut. One (but not all) staff was rude. No good parking offered. I don't recommend this place.

I love the vintage lobby of the Hassayampa Inn, and the rooms are quite comfortable. It's within walking distance of my favorite shops and restaurants, so I always stay here.

Do you like creaky wood floors, unique antique furniture in your room, and unusual but charming property features when you stay in a hotel? Then the Hassayampa Inn is for you. Don't care for creaky wood floors, unique antique furniture in your room, and unusual but charming property features when you stay in a hotel? Then this isn't the place for you.
Some positives: Close to everything downtown Prescott. Very friendly and helpful staff, more so than what I've experienced elsewhere in my travels. The shower in our room had plenty of "oomph" compared to most which just trickle out weakly, even at full blast.
Some things to be aware of: Parking is either street side or in an off site lot. You can hear the floor creaks from your upstairs travelers, so be prepared for a modest, but not overwhelming amount of noise. The TV has 10,000 channels of zero value, so bring a Roku device, or simply leave the thing off. You're better off watching something on your phone if you really have to.
I prefer to stay at older properties and the Hassayampa Inn has charm galore. Hope you will find it as interesting and friendly as I did.
