Would highly recommend this place! Very clean and close to the downtown but still quaint and quiet. Breakfast was awesome and the staff were so polite and accommodating!! The room was very comfortable and clean.

This is a great hotel on the edge of town. I like it because there are lots of trees and it feels like you're in the mountains. I stay at this hotel every time I am in Prescott to visit family. I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars, but my request for an hour extra to check out was denied even though I have been a guest there at least 5 times.

This is a nice motel in a beautiful setting. Staff was great and the hot breakfast was fabulous. Room was small but comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a big screen tv.

The room was very dated so initially I was concerned as the pictures online were wayyyy different than in person. However it was so clean, I liked the 60s furniture and carpet, the bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was 10 stars. I will stay here every time I visit. I am just assuming I got a room that hasn’t been updated. Staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping cleaned room every day (not used to that in New York State hotels!) and the room—-bedding and linens—clean! Staff very nice and professional.

I was surprised the rooms were so nice. Details such as soap shampoo lotions in the bathroom. Really nice bedding and the breakfast was awesome. Not just pastries

Our check-in was quick and effortless. Staff was professional, prompt, and helpful. The room was even better than expected. The beds (and pillows) were comfortable. The shower had good pressure, gets as hot as wanted AND has dual shower heads AND has a heater in the bathroom (which us Floridians greatly appreciated)! The air/heat works and there’s a reading light attached to the side tables! We would absolutely stay here again. Also, we were able to do our laundry onsite, they can exchange dollars for quarters at the front desk and we bought soap and a dryer sheet from the front desk for $1. I highly recommend this property. Definitely call ahead as they book quickly. Also, there’s no elevator so if you need ground floor absolutely call and request.
