Did not feel safe at this hotel. We asked to switch rooms due to an irate individual next door yelling at his children and kids screaming and crying. We were told they were completely full and couldn’t switch our room. I asked that he send someone up to check out the family, as we felt it was not a good situation. After over an hour of listening to this extremely abusive situation we left for another hotel and told them they needed to call 911, that there was a serious issue going on. We were then asked to stay and move to another room, which they previously said was not an option. We didn’t feel safe given the situation and checked out. We weren’t offered a refund and had used our free night coupon on this stay via **********. I do not recommend this or any Red Roof Inn after this experience.
