Arka Motel

We booked The Arka after watching the remodel work that was done on Fixer to Fabulous. We were in town for Easter weekend and booked a double queen. The room had a table with chairs, small fridge and small microwave. We bought some items like cereal bowls, plastic utensils, paper plates and some extra water at the Walmart neighborhood market in Rogers. There is also a Dollar General less than 5 minutes away. We grabbed lunch and dinner at local establishments in Rogers and Bentonville. Overall the room was comfortable and we were in Room 10 which had an amazing view of the lake, I think the only other room that had a better view that us would be the 2 bedroom suite on the upper floor! On Saturday morning I asked one of the staff if we could get a bath floor mat and a couple more towels which they happily accommodated, and, added an extra chair to the room for the dining table when they realized there were 3 of us in there. There was definitely enough room for ourselves and our 13 year old son, the beds were comfy and the water in the shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink was HOT! I felt that the kitchen are was a nice size compared to what you find in most hotel rooms. Thanks again - we enjoyed our stay in NWA and Beaver Lake!

The whole place was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of towels wash cloths. Loved the soaps and the real coffee cups and glasses. No plastics, that is a nice touch.

My friends and I did a weekend getaway to Arka after we saw the renovation on HGTV and it did not disappoint. We loved hanging out at the pool during the day and spent our nights laughing around the fire pit with cocktails. The rooms were super cute and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend by the lake. We will be back for sure!

We booked the 2-bedroom Lakeview suite at Arka Motel for our annual college girls trip and it was perfect! The suite had a full kitchen, so we cooked a couple meals together and hung out on the patio with wine, just soaking in the view. We mostly hung out at the pool during the day which has a cool retro vibe. It had everything you need and was clean, cute and cozy - 10/10. Already planning our next trip back!

Spent a couple nights at Arka Motel with the kids and had a great time. We were out on Beaver Lake fishing all day—lots of good spots close by, and Prairie Creek Marina was super convenient. Loved that they had boat parking right at the motel, made things way easier. After a long day on the water, the kids hit the pool while I relaxed by the fire pit. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Really nice setup for a laid-back, outdoor weekend. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had the best weekend at Arka Motel! It’s super close to Prairie Creek Marina, so we rented a boat and spent the whole day out on Beaver Lake—absolutely gorgeous. After that, we chilled by the pool as the sun went down. The room was really cute, super clean, and had everything we needed to relax after a fun day. Perfect little getaway spot—we’ll definitely be back!
