La camera dell'hotel è grande, con letti su tre lati, una cucina indipendente e servizi igienici separati, si trova nel centro della città vecchia, quindi puoi raggiungere a piedi varie attrazioni!

Graziosi appartamenti in posizione comoda. Molto spazioso e i servizi erano ottimi per un breve soggiorno, incluso un angolo cottura. La procedura di check-in è stata molto complicata. E le istruzioni fornite sulla conferma della prenotazione elettronica non indicano che è necessario effettuare un check-in prima dell'arrivo. All'arrivo presso la struttura non è stato possibile effettuare il check-in perché questo non era stato completato. Nessuno risponde al numero telefonico del centralino della struttura dopo le 17:00 e la linea ti interromperà automaticamente dopo un paio di minuti di attesa. Inoltre, è stato in grado di depositare i bagagli in una delle loro altre proprietà al momento del check-out. Quando è arrivato per farlo, l'addetto alla reception ha detto che non potevano depositare i nostri bagagli. Le ho detto che abbiamo un'e-mail che conferma che possiamo. Poi lei ha risposto "se puoi, perché lo chiedi?". Servizio molto scortese e scortese. Ottima sistemazione, ma non ci tornerei a causa del servizio.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione e la camera è grande. Ma non c'è reception, devi andare in un altro hotel per fare il check-in e se hai bisogno di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out, devi anche andare in un altro hotel che è a circa 9 minuti a piedi.

Beautifully design room, spacious and comfy and clean. Location is excellent being in the centre of old town entrance, between old and new town. 15 min walk to Charles bridge through old town. Highly recommended!

We love this place. Contactless check in was a breeze and the security at the lobby was very helpful and friendly. Location is great too! Would def recommend this place!

negative comments about this apartment: 1. We stayed there for 2 nights and then we went to another countries for 6 days, leaving the luggage at the free luggage store room at the ground floor of the apartment. However, when we returned back to our home country, we found that the key of our luggage was damaged. Anyone can open the luggage without knowing the passcode as someone has used the screw to take the key away from the lock. We emailed to the reception and no response so far. luckily that we only have dirty clothes in the luggage and nothing really expensive. there is people who supposed to take care of the luggage. 2. t's actually very difficult to communicate with this apartment. the check-in process is not smooth. you need to check in by yourself before the arrival date. However, we are not sure how to check in and where to check in. So, we called the hotline. The hotline will only send to the check in link to the telephone number you used to call them. Since I were calling from an internet call, I can't receive the link from this internet call number. I have to use my mobile phone to call them and then they will only send the link to the mobile phone number I used. then, I called few times but link was cut at the end. No one pick up the phone. then, you need to call it few times. when you called, they asked you to send them an email to the support email and get the check in link... it's a mess for a traveller. 3. when i checked in, I'm unable to activate the mobile key. I emailed the support email but no one response at all... the only good thing about this apartment is the location, which is very close to the centre of shops. however, it's 15-18 mins walk to Charles Bridge. for sure that I will look for other options when I go to Prague next time.

We as a family with 2 kids stayed in the hotel for Easter holiday, you cannot expect any better regarding the location, the old town square is literally at your doorstep, you also have more than plenty of cafes and restaurants, we didn't cook at all for the 4 nights stay. It is easy access to any attraction, by walk, maybe a bit of walk to Prague castle, but in the good weather, we don't mind it. You will need to pay extra for daily clean, or if you stay more than 5 days, you can get free cleaning. It has 2 small lifts, which is necessary and convenient. ***Pack your own hair conditioner, as it is not provided.

Location is definitely fantastic, but everything else is an absolute miss. Overall, I would NOT recommend. 1) No AC unlike a hotel. There were 3 days with extreme heat and I was given a fan. You will sweat when you sleep. 2) SUPER NOISY. Even till 3,4am. You can’t sleep at all. 3) No room cleaning service even though my stay was 6 nights - they are supposed to clean the room once every 5 nights. 4) Trash cleaning not done on some days. 5) no humans - can’t find help if you need. 6) check in details only available a night before. If you are flying in super late and check in late, good luck with that + no humans to help you if you need any. 7) area is full of people lurking around, not safe for ladies. 8) will never stay here again.

火車站出來,一路跟導航就能找到酒店很方便,酒店附近都是景点,隨便走走都很美!房間也很大,有廚房而且鍋具都很齊全!酒店附近有超市, 还有一個大型商場,樓上很多吃的,另一个方向是布拉格老城廣場可以看到最老的天文中,很簡單,一路看標誌就行!如果机埸過來,機場打个Uber也很方便,在機場就有Uber的机器,人民幣200左右,半小時就到了

방이 생각보다 너무커서 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 놀랐어요 에어비앤비인줄 ㅎㅎ 티비도 크고 요리도 할 수 있고 위치도 좋아요 나중에 체코 또 오면 무조건 오고싶은 숙소...!!

這間公寓式酒店位置超好的,就在布拉格的中心區,幾分鐘就到老城區的景點和廣場,周邊餐館也很多,距離超市和購物街也衹有5分鐘步行,每天逛到晚上10點多甚至11點回來都很安全。
