Buon hotel per i tuoi soldi. Vicino alla fermata del tram, in tram 10 minuti dal centro città. Parcheggio gratuito. Molto pulito. Ristrutturazione fresca.

Per prima cosa abbiamo preso una camera per 2 persone invece di una camera per 4 persone. Non ha funzionato affatto. Dopo circa 45 minuti di attesa, la stanza è stata finalmente scambiata. Nessuna scusa o altro è venuto dal personale. Fatta eccezione per una persona che parla un po' di tedesco, nessuno potrebbe parlarlo lì. A peggiorare le cose, abbiamo aspettato più di 30 minuti per ottenere un tavolo nella sala colazione.Tutto era vuoto, toast, tè alla fragola, ecc., che semplicemente non è stato riempito.

早飯還可以，但是整體設施比較陳舊，同時晚上隔音不好，入住那天全是吵鬧的年輕人

Struttura abbastanza nuova, camera accogliente e pulita ma spartana (telo da bagno mignon e nessun supporto), personale falsamente disponibile: al di fuori delle loro ferree condizioni non era possibile avere alcun supporto. Mi hanno fatto pagare un extra per la colazione a causa di un fraintendimento. Essendo parte delle mura dello stadio, la hall si è riempita di persone (tifosi) che consumavano fiumi di birra in occasione della partita e, anche se non si è creato alcun problema di ordine pubblico, non era possibile usufruire della sala bar dell’albergo.

Segnalo questa ottima struttura, in cui abbiamo soggiornato dal 21.04 al 25.04, ambiente pulitissimo, confortevole e ottima colazione. Situato in posizone strategica, fermata Tram 6 che porta direttamente al centro storico, accanto all'hotel centro comerciale con ufficio postale. Il presonale cordiale e pronto a risolvere qualsiaisi problema o richesta del cliente. Ottimo anche il parcheggio gratuito offerta dalla struttura. Cosiglio vivamente l'Hotel Iris Eden per chiunque sia in coppia che con figli al seguito voglia visitare questa meravigliosa citta. Un grazie in particolare va al Sig. Denys Shevchenko per la soluzione del problema che abbiamo avuto per un errore sulla prenotazione da parte mia. At the beginning of September our agency organized a seminar in this hotel for 26 people. The preparation with the responsible manager before the event went very well, the meeting was friendly. During the event, the staff was friendly and helpful, and was always able to meet the needs of the group. I can recommend the hotel for similar meetings.

I went to this very luxury hotel, I stayed there for 3 nights and I must say that it was the best experience i’ve ever experienced. The personal was really nice and really helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems with it. I would definitely recommend going there. No regrets!🤍

The breakfast was very good and full of options. The beds were really confortable, very cozy Room, nice staff eager to help us, Free parking that was monitored by security camera. IT is close to tram and bus station. A lot of shops nearby including Slavia's fanshop

Very good location and helpful staff. Breakfast choices are plentiful and food is excellent. We were worried about the noise from the football games, but turned out it was pretty good and didn’t bother us at all (there were two games during our stay).

An excellent hotel with the friendliest staff ever. We stayed there with a group of 67 kids and were absolutely stunned by their patience, kindness and eagerness to help in any situation. We sincerely thank the whole team, especially Julia for their support in managing such a big group. We will be definitely coming back to your hotel.

The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was also very delicious. ChatGPT At breakfast, various types of breads, beverages, and fruits are provided. They also serve eggs and sausages, and all the food offered was delicious. I highly recommend trying them if possible.
