Struttura bellissima

Nice hotel in very good location. Walking distance to old town square and tram just 5 minutes walk. Lots of Shops and restaurants around a hotel .

Would recommend this hotel as it is in the heart of the city and super close to a lot of sights and attractions with walking distance! 🤗 I was travelling with my parents and they offered 2 double beds, which is exactly what we needed. A few minor things were that we arrived a bit early and there were no rooms for us to enter into before check in, which is understandable. We did wait until check-in and even then they still did not have our room ready, so we opted out for a room on the first floor instead… so I don’t know if there was a difference between the two apart from the view. The other minor issue was that we attended a tour the next day, during the morning and bit into the afternoon, when we came back to rest, our room was not cleaned. To this result, we had just asked for our towels to be replaced when the maid came. Other than that, the information centre and luggage drop off area was extremely helpful. Would stay here again! 🤗

在前台排隊等候check in 排到我的時候有個外國人過來插隊 前台直接忽略我去幫他辦理 在等候十分鐘後告訴我 要換班讓我去其他櫃枱等候。因為當時坐飛機很疲憊不想吵架，忘記看工牌了否則我一定會投訴，令人生氣的還是一位亞洲長相的女服務員，在歐洲半個月沒遇過這種差別對待 因為前台的原因令我體驗非常不好，也不會讓身邊朋友到布拉格在入住萬豪。除此之外地理位置還是優越的在老城區入口區 房間設備也還可以。

Бесприциндентный выбор в Праге!!! Всегда))) удобно и доступно… все в шаговой доступности, хорошие завтраки и станция для электронных автомобилей на паркинге ❤️😊👌

В целом, неплохой отель, но уже немного уставший. Сервис Марриотт всегда отличный, пребывание было комфортным

房間很乾凈，前台服務很好，旁邊有一家川菜很好吃

設施一切都挺好，就是淋浴房太小了，規劃的不合理，房間和浴室都挺大的，我這種亞洲人身板轉身都會碰到body wash liquid .那些高大的歐美人怎麼辦呢。服務方面每個人的態度都不一樣，高冷，沒有熱情的溝通，即使在搞錯房間後再去換房，也只是幫你換一個房間，沒有道歉，在等待的時候，觀察了旁邊的前台，表情傲慢，像是在翻白眼，作為萬豪這種五星酒店，明顯是不合格的，中國南方的服務值得你們學習
