Hotel in zona Museo ceco della musica, Praga

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel in perfekter Lage, nahe an der Karlsbrücke, aber auf der ruhigen Seite der Moldau. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet war im Zimmerpreis enthalten; das Zimmer modern, gut ausgestattet mit täglichem Zimmerservice. Ein Hotel, das beim nächsten Pragbesuch auf jeden Fall in die engere Wahl kommt 👍

Uno stile di quattro stagioni, una regola cinese, non c'è niente di male, non c'è grande errore.Il servizio è anche buono.Ho ricevuto anche cioccolato.Quasi nessuno nella piscina spa, sono andato come un pacchiere. L'unica domanda è che ho dimenticato di scusarmi per interrompere la carta.Poi sono stato disturbato molte volte: aprire, controllare il mini, aggiungere il mini, aprire il letto notturno.Un po'divertente.Molto altro.I ragazzi del portiere sono molto entusiasti di salutare. Non serve valutare l'hotel straniero qui.Non mi darà alcun commento.

La stanza è abbastanza buona, pulita e ben attrezzata e sono preparati molti piccoli oggetti usa e getta. Puoi ottenere un biglietto per l'ultimo piano quando soggiorni in hotel. C'è anche la vista dall'ultimo piano una cartolina, cioccolatini e biscotti come regalo per il check-in~molto buono!

Semplicemente meraviglioso, personale molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare e dare consigli Camere pulite, moderne e confortevoli, colazione deliziosa, posizione eccellente.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, con fermate di autobus e tram per l'aeroporto e il centro città nelle vicinanze, nonché supermercati e centri commerciali nelle vicinanze. La camera era abbastanza pulita, la colazione a buffet era piuttosto ricca e deliziosa e il personale di servizio era molto cordiale.

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione per girare Praga, molto centrale rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria e alla città vecchia, entrambi a dieci minuti a piedi. Il personale è stato davvero utile quando siamo arrivati, anche facendoci fare il check-in in anticipo. La stanza in sé era abbastanza carina anche se non c'era l'asciugacapelli o il ferro da stiro, il che era un po 'frustrante perché l'ho controllato prima del mio arrivo per sapere se dovevo fare le valigie. Avevamo una camera con vista sulla città, quindi di notte era molto ficcanaso e non abbiamo dormito bene la notte nessuna delle due notti in cui siamo stati insieme all'aria condizionata delle camere che non funzionava né potevamo aprire la finestra troppo fredda a causa del rumore. Abbiamo fatto colazione inclusa, il che era davvero bello, era una colazione a buffet, non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare qualcosa da mangiare.

La posizione è molto comoda. Le camere sono pulite e tutto il personale è molto cordiale. Tuttavia, le pareti sembrano un po' sottili ed ero preoccupato per il rumore mentre cercavo di dormire. Ho controllato i servizi in anticipo, ma per qualche motivo non avevano uno spazzolino da denti, quindi ho dovuto chiederne uno. Non esiste il servizio idrico. Dato che il nostro check-out era la mattina presto, abbiamo chiesto alla reception un cibo da asporto 10 minuti prima dell'orario di inizio della colazione del giorno prima e loro hanno gentilmente accettato. A dire il vero non mi aspettavo cosa ci fosse dentro, ma sono rimasto sorpreso quando l'ho aperto quando sono arrivato in aeroporto. Comprendeva 3 tipi di frutta, succo d'arancia, acqua, sandwich e 3 tipi di dolci. Sono rimasto davvero colpito da quanto costava. C'erano anche diversi tipi di ripieni per sandwich. Grazie mille.

Ottimo hotel, confortevole e nuovo, il letto è molto comodo, la colazione è deliziosa e anche l'attrezzatura elettrica in camera è di fascia alta. Il personale di servizio è stato molto disponibile. Avevamo molti bagagli quel giorno. Ci hanno subito notato mentre scaricavamo i bagagli alla porta e si sono precipitati ad aiutarci.

The hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.
