La posizione è molto comoda. Le camere sono pulite e tutto il personale è molto cordiale. Tuttavia, le pareti sembrano un po' sottili ed ero preoccupato per il rumore mentre cercavo di dormire. Ho controllato i servizi in anticipo, ma per qualche motivo non avevano uno spazzolino da denti, quindi ho dovuto chiederne uno. Non esiste il servizio idrico.
Dato che il nostro check-out era la mattina presto, abbiamo chiesto alla reception un cibo da asporto 10 minuti prima dell'orario di inizio della colazione del giorno prima e loro hanno gentilmente accettato. A dire il vero non mi aspettavo cosa ci fosse dentro, ma sono rimasto sorpreso quando l'ho aperto quando sono arrivato in aeroporto. Comprendeva 3 tipi di frutta, succo d'arancia, acqua, sandwich e 3 tipi di dolci. Sono rimasto davvero colpito da quanto costava. C'erano anche diversi tipi di ripieni per sandwich. Grazie mille.

L'hotel con la migliore colazione finora durante questo viaggio in Europa. Il cibo è molto ricco. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. È molto vicino alla Piazza della Città Vecchia e varie attrazioni L'hotel è nuovissimo e molto pulito Inoltre, Praga Bellissima vista, perfetta!

Il check-in è stato semplice. Tuttavia, la stanza in sé non è stata pulita o ispezionata a fondo. Il cucchiaino per la postazione del caffè era ancora ricoperto di caffè. Fortunatamente me ne sono accorto prima di usarlo. Allo stesso modo, la tazza non è stata lavata. Il water era pulito, ma non c'era uno scaffale in bagno su cui appoggiare i miei articoli da toeletta. Il letto era comodo, nel complesso lo spazio era sufficiente. Soggiorno dignitoso per il prezzo, e vicino alle stazioni ferroviarie se si arriva o si parte in treno.

Non solo il grande marchio, ma in realtà un ottimo hotel in cui soggiornare in termini di posizione, igiene. Molte persone che hanno un viaggio di lavoro e ci soggiornano, si trova in un po' più di privacy e oltre a KPMG che penso sia un posto più sicuro in cui vivere.
La stanza è relativamente compatta rispetto al prezzo ma non è davvero un grosso problema. Vivevo al 3 ° piano e il venerdì sera c'era della musica da club, non rumorosa ma puoi sentirla.

Ottimo hotel con buoni servizi e strutture. Le camere sono di buone dimensioni e i letti sono comodi. Le tariffe erano estremamente allettanti, soprattutto perché includevano la colazione, che era sopra la media come standard.
I collegamenti con i trasporti pubblici sono nelle vicinanze e raggiungere le attrazioni turistiche non è un problema. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel se venite a Praga.

Hotel fantastico, buona ristrutturazione, colazione abbondante e varia. Nelle vicinanze c'è un ristorante molto gustoso u topolu. Il centro è a 15 minuti di tram. Nel complesso è bello e accogliente, questa è la quinta volta che soggiorno qui. Semplicemente non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non entrino in nessuna nemmeno mezz'ora prima del check-in e in camera, anche se prenoti una categoria superiore, non c'è acqua gratis, almeno puoi metterla una bottiglia da 0,5.

Ottimo albergo Le camere sono grandi e confortevoli. La colazione è molto ricca. Dista 5 minuti dalla Metro Linea C, mezz'ora dalla stazione ferroviaria e 1 ora dall'aeroporto. La colazione dell'hotel inizia ufficialmente alle 6:30, il che è abbastanza buono in Europa. La chiave è che la colazione è ricca, con una varietà di scelte e molta frutta. La camera tripla che avevamo prenotato era grande, silenziosa e molto pulita. Dato che il giorno successivo avevo un volo per Roma, la reception mi ha aiutato a stampare gratuitamente la mia carta d'imbarco. In allegato c'è il trasporto dall'hotel al Ponte Carlo.

Eccezionale
MMIRAEra molto pulito e carino. La posizione è vicino al Flix Bus e mi piace camminare, quindi ho camminato fino alla città vecchia e al Ponte Carlo.
La stanza è piccola e non c'è il frigorifero, ma è soddisfacente per il prezzo.

UUtente ospiteEravamo un gruppo di 6 persone e abbiamo prenotato 3 camere, ho richiesto letti separati per tutte le camere e le nostre richieste sono state annotate e le camere erano preparate come volevamo quando siamo arrivati. L'hotel è situato in un quartiere tranquillo e molto vicino a un centro commerciale, una volta attraversato il centro commerciale, vi troverete proprio in una zona più trafficata con molti ristoranti, negozi e trasporti pubblici. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, possiamo andare a tutte le famose attrazioni a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi, o facilmente prendere i mezzi pubblici per la periferia della città. Oltre all'ottima posizione, le camere erano di buone dimensioni e molto pulite, la colazione giornaliera offerta in hotel era ottima, c'erano buone selezioni per la colazione e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti della qualità del cibo. La parte più importante era il personale dell'hotel, erano tutti molto cordiali, non solo ci hanno aiutato a prenotare il servizio auto per l'aeroporto, ci hanno indicato il modo migliore per salire sull'autobus hop-on-hop-off, hanno anche organizzato una colazione- scatola da asporto per la mia partenza anticipata poiché dovevo controllare l'hotel entro le 4 del mattino. Questa è stata la prima volta che abbiamo visitato Praga, il Michelangelo Grand Hotel mi ha fatto sentire come a casa, ci tornerò sicuramente se dovessi visitare di nuovo Praga!

LLxue inWe as a family with 2 kids stayed in the hotel for Easter holiday, you cannot expect any better regarding the location, the old town square is literally at your doorstep, you also have more than plenty of cafes and restaurants, we didn't cook at all for the 4 nights stay. It is easy access to any attraction, by walk, maybe a bit of walk to Prague castle, but in the good weather, we don't mind it. You will need to pay extra for daily clean, or if you stay more than 5 days, you can get free cleaning. It has 2 small lifts, which is necessary and convenient.

RrymahabibThe hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special.
We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more.
A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time.
We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

BBritish CHEPenso davvero che questo hotel sia molto buono. Il prezzo non è costoso. La posizione è un po' remota, ma i trasporti circostanti sono molto convenienti. Ci sono ristoranti, centri commerciali e bar nelle vicinanze. C'è anche una colazione a buffet ogni mattina gli articoli all'interno sono abbastanza completi e ricchi. Può essere consumato come pranzo, è igienico e così via.

PPTRTerraLa stanza è particolarmente pulita, le strutture sono complete, la dimensione della stanza è adeguata, l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, la porta è spaventosa, il piccolo parco non lontano ha anche molti frutti di alberi pieni di alberi, nessuno se ne accorge, ci sono bar, sala da tavolo, piscina, ristorante ecc., il parcheggio è anche molto buono. Il traffico richiede centinaia di metri a piedi per la strada, ci sono tram e autobus.

UUtente ospiteOur stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities.
We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in.
We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests.
The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here.
The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said ”I don't think we are alone” and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes.
There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too.
Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do.
