very new hotel opened in west surabaya area. location nearby Pakuwom Mall. I really like the room , the city view was amazing. and they have blooster in the room. very comfy. but i stayed next the lift. abit noisy. but overall room and service was good. will comeback if i go to surabaya

The whiz luxe spazio was a wonderful hotel
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and had a safe and minifridge
Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food and drink
The staff were very friendly and helpful
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

One of the best 5 stars new hotel and affodable price in Surabaya... well located, just across the biggest mall in Surabaya Pakuwon Mall with hotel free shuttle , and nearby we can find McD and some food tenants.
Accepted warmly by Riri Guest relation officer, and they gave me welcome minicake in my room and high floor best city view
The room is comfy, with new bed and amenities, and there are 2 unique bolsters i've ever seen.
Swimming pool at 17th floor with amazing view, no gym but we can access Roca public's gym with hotel shuttle.... Tasty breakfast but the breakfast area space is too small.
Will consider to staycation here again. Thank you

Brand new 5 star hotel. The design is super modern and chic. The price’s still cheaper than other 5 star hotels in nearby area. They have shuttle service to nearby mall. The location itself not in central surabaya, but like in satellite town (they called), but don’t worry because the area has several malls and many restaurants close-by, so convenient . Breakfast menu is limited, taste is so so.

Hotel locate at the heart of west surabaya. Its near mall and foods. Everything is good, except we must waiting to checkin until past 2 pm.
