Hotel in zona Crkva sv. Martin, Povljana

I believe that this hotel has too low ratings for the service it provides. We were looking for a hotel with all inclusive service because of the small child we were traveling with. The hotel is located a 7-minute walk from the city center, private parking in front of the hotel, which is paid 10 euros per day. The staff at the reception are friendly, a little weak with the German language. The room is spacious, the sea view is fantastic, you can see the entire Pag Bay. In the pictures, the furniture looks worse than it actually is. I admit - the bed is quite bad, the management should seriously consider refreshing that segment. I admit that I didn't get much sleep. If you value peace, take a room on the 2nd floor, because on the 1st floor you usually hear the ”elephants” walking above you, which is especially annoying at night. Cots for children are not charged extra. In the evening, a show program is performed on the terrace of the hotel by the restaurant, which you must take into account if you are traveling with small children - it is difficult to fall asleep, and for older children it is a fun end of the day. Right next to the hotel is a beautiful pebble beach where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, even if you use towels, it's not bad at all. There is animation for children, you can also leave children over 4 years old in the ”game room” under the supervision of an animator. The food is solid. They bought me with things prepared for small children. A meat and fish menu and pasta are offered every day, so everyone can find something for themselves. The afternoon snack usually offers pizzas, burgers, hot sandwiches, snacks, unfortunately without fruit (which is abundant with the main meals). Basic drinks, mostly from vending machines. Cocktails a disaster. In the All inclusive option, all-day access is offered in the restaurant, while in the cafe within the hotel with additional charge. The staff - applause for the maids, they are kind and helpful, so don't forget to leave them a few euros. The staff in the restaurant are mostly friendly, so I won't spoil the impression with some girls who really don't know what tourism means and especially what it means traveling with a small child (yelling at you because you put soup on your child's plate at 18:58 because ”dinner is at 19:00”). All in all a satisfying experience and we will definitely come back.

La *****ola di Punta Skala è completamente di proprietà di Falkensteiner. Vi sorgono 3 hotel, l'accesso è riservato, le auto messe in un parcheggio sotterraneo. Il risutato è un colpo d'occhio notevole. Per fare il bagno c'è tutta la *****ola con una bella spiaggia e numeri accessi al mare dagli scogli. Belle anche le 3 piscine all'aperto e le zone con moltissimi lettini per rilassarsi e prendere il sole. L'hotel è moderno, curato e tenuto molto bene tranne qualche piccola sbavatura. Camere spaziose ed accoglienti, ben climatizzate, arredamento gradevole, wifi discreto. Con la formula mezza peinsione si può mangiare al ristorante principale dove c'è un ricchissimo buffet di antipasti e dolci con una scelta alla carta di 2 antipasti, 2 primi piatti e 2 secondi. In certi giorni della settimana c'è un menu a tema, barbecue di carne e pesce ad esempio. Una menzione a parte la merita la SPA, riservatissima e molto curata area dell'albergo di libero accesso a tutti gli ospiti adulti dell'hotel. Si tratta di un'area molto grande con 3 saune, di cui una con vetrata e vista sul mare, un bagno turco con hammam, un altro bagno turco con cristalli di sale e due piscine esterne. Rispettando la tradizione alto-atesina della catena, si tratta di un'area nudista dove è vietato indossare il costume. Non è sicuramente un posto economico, ma vale senza dubbio la pena. HOTEL PINIJA - ZARA - CROAZIA dal 7/8/22 al 14/8/22 stanza 219C Bellissima location, mare cristallino. Hotel ristrutturato ma solo esteticamente; L'accesso al mare è difficoltoso, non facilitato, senza bagnino, con persistente odore di fogna vicino all'hotel. Pineta splendida ma troppo affollata di bagnanti esterni che pagano solo l'uso dei lettini: assurdo però che anche gli ospiti dell'hotel debbano pagare per l'uso degli stessi che spesso non si trovano liberi. La piscina scoperta è piccola, affollata, non controllata (pallonate,tuffi,schiamazzi e lettini occupati prima dell'apertura) In hotel solo una persona parla italiano, poche parlano inglese pertanto per chi non parla croato è impossibile chiedere informazioni, servizi o fare reclami. Non conviene pranzare nei locali presenti in struttura perchè costosissimi,comunque anche a cena in hotel l'acqua costa quanto la birra!A proposito di sala da pranzo: affollamento, rumore, bambini scatenati e genitori urlanti: sembra di essere in mensa! Purtroppo il personale di sala non è preparato: si tratta per lo più di giovani(forse stagisti) che, non avendo una guida esperta, si arrangiano come possono. Ma la cosa peggiore è la pulizia della camera: mai rifatto il letto e le lenzuola cambiate il 5° giorno su mia richiesta. 4 stelle? assolutamente NO: 3 stelle sono già troppe!

Premetto che noi ci adattiamo a tutto... Ma questo è troppo... Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura che da biglietto da visita dava il top di gamma... Effettivamente struttura molto bella, piscine grandi e per tutte l'etá... Mare attaccato non si poteva chiedere di meglio... Sfortuna vuole 2 giorni di pioggia... Le ragazze dell'animazione molto brave ad intrattenere i bambini... Ma noi abbiamo pagato prezzo pieno... Falkland chiuso... Questo non lo dicono...però giochi che funzionano con i soldi tutti sempre funzionanti... Allora optiamo per andare a fare la sauna arriviamo e la sauna non funziona... Cibo nella norma per essere a buffet ma molto molto ripetitivo... Per non dire che sia mia moglie che mia figlia sono state male come praticamente molti ospiti della hotel... Virus gastrointestinale... Praticamente la mattina c'è la fila dal dottore... Bisogna fare un complimento alle donne della pulizia sempre tutto pulito e nel caso di bisogno sempre disponibili... Si va in vacanza per staccare dalla routine... Ma così è solo stress...

Io e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in una stanza privata con colazione inclusa nel prezzo dell'alloggio e non posso spiegare quanto ci siamo divertiti ogni mattina seduto fuori e mangiando un buon colazione. La struttura era così bella, moderna e pulita. La posizione è 10 su 10! Il personale era molto amichevole e benvenuto, una sera abbiamo cenato lì e ci hanno appena dato un dolce libero come ringraziamento per la cena qui. Come ospite abbiamo avuto 15% di sconto per pranzo e cena e anche senza il sconto la lista dei prezzi è più che bello a causa della posizione nel centro di Old Town Zadar. Quindi se si cerca un bel, tranquillo, pulito e caldo hotel/hotel benvenuto questo è IL ONE! - Adele e Simona.

Perfect location in Zadar Old Town. Right next to the Main Street but still quiet at night. The room was VERY spacious. Lots of storage space and large bathroom. Breakfast was really tasty. You can order eggs a la carte and they brought us a tower of cold cuts, cheese and breads. The hotel had an elevator!! This was a gem after walking so many steps and hills in our trip through Dalmatia. The Old Town does not allow cars, but the hotel is close to one of the gates, so it’s easy to carry your luggage.
