Ho soggiornato in questo ostello a Sydney e l'esperienza è stata fantastica! L'atmosfera è molto accogliente, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite . La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro, vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni della città.

Hands down worst nights sleep Ive ever had away from home. I arrived late from an interstate flight. The code I was given to get into the front door didn’t work. I tried half a dozen times. It was night, I was a solo small female and tbh I was starting to feel a little scared. Fortunately someone walked out of the building and let me in. The code to key collection worked and I went upstairs to my room. Now if u have heavy luggage this is not the place for you. Think European hotels with no lifts! Same same! The room itself was nice. Bathroom and toilet are not part of your room. It’s a seperate room. For everyone! Shared. That’s fine unless you get a case of bali belly! I guess this is all due to the age of the building. Renovated and lovely mind you. Problem I had is the bathroom was the door next to my bedroom and with a two inch gap under my door my room was excessively noisy with the opening and banging of all doors and especially the bathroom. That door was on constant rotation. Then I could hear the shower going. All up I think I got no more than 2-3 hours sleep. Only choice is bring ear buds or the hotel should provide them complimentary! Worst night sleep I’ve had in any hotel across the globe. Room was very clean, as were the amenities, staff seemed lovely. In daylight area felt fine. I suspect rather alternative and trendy bring a non Sydneysider myself. At the price and cleanliness I’d recommend but bring good quality ear buds!

Friendly customer service and hotel guests. Clean and tidy. Only the fridge is too full, and no laundry machine yet. The big plus is the location, next to the King Cross entrance at Darlinghurst road.

Il riscaldamento non funzionava per due notti non poteva dormire, perché era 8 gradi a notte in inverno di Sydney. C'era un buco nella finestra che è difficile da credere e è stato rotto. Quando abbiamo detto alla persona in loco, sono arrivati in camera e hanno messo una cassetta sul vetro. Il rivelatore di incendio era coperto per qualche motivo di plastica. Cazzo morto sotto il letto. Mal odore nella stanza. I tazze e le pannole erano ghiacciate. La gestione era terribile, non poteva contattarli, quando non ne abbiamo aiutati, ma capisco che non sia un posto di bilancio elevato, ma ho vissuto in molti di questi posti da anni e questo è stato il peggio. E ci hanno detto dal direttore che avevamo una stanza migliore di quella degli altri. Ci hanno dato un riscaldatore di petrolio dopo pochi giorni. Una notte ho detto al direttore che il riscaldamento non funzionava prima di dodici, come ha detto che possiamo contattare fino a dodici. Ha detto perché non l'abbiamo detto prima, congelando nella stanza.

Le strutture non sono come le foto. Sono breve e non si può sedersi in un sedile igienico a meno che non siate a distanza. La residenza era estremamente rumorosa. Mi svegliava Jack Hammers al 12.30am il primo giorno. La mattina dopo sono stato trasferito in una stanza di ritorno che, durante una notte leggermente piovana, ha provocato un rumore di goccia da un vento di stagno al di fuori della mia residenza. La gestione della prenotazione di un soggiorno per più notti è stata difficile, perché abbiamo dovuto firmare un documento per ottenere un altro biglietto da camera. Il parcheggio indica che avremmo ricevuto $40 per il biglietto quando abbiamo ricevuto solo $15.

For visitors who have not stayed at No. 9 I would highly recommend it. You have everything you need in close proximity. The rooms are clean and tidy, Reception is always friendly and willing to assist. The showers are hot, the rooms are very comfortable and it is very affordable accommodation. To surmise No. 9 Springfield succinctly, it is accommodation where you feel 'at home' and as such I would recommend this accommodation as a place where you can relax and unwind.

Mi piaceva davvero la selezione di cuscini disponibili per me nella stanza. Mi sono dato 2 cuscini morbidi e 2 cuscini firmi e ho sperimentato con loro per creare il miglior supporto per il sonno. Questo è qualcosa che non ho mai trovato in altri hotel, nemmeno un hotel 5-star. L’unica cosa che ho potuto denunciare è il rumore creato dal frigorifero, che produce una vibrazione di alto livello ogni ora o così, e ogni sessione durò circa 5 minuti, che ha perturbato significativamente il mio sonno ogni notte. Potrebbe essere qualcosa che la gestione dell'hotel dovrebbe guardare, perché credo che questo sia un problema per un po' di viaggiatori che sono rimasti all'hotel.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for a second time on New Year’s Day because it was so good when we stayed there in November . It’s clean , comfortable and the staff are utterly charming and helpful . Very happy to store our luggage for us. It’s in a great location just around the corner from bars and restaurants , a shirt walk from Kings cross station and about a 30 min walk from the sites of Sydney. The bed was super comfy, the shower was hot and powerful . Love this small hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough.
